This apartment on the third floor is built and equipped on a very high, modern standard. As all apartments at Carabeo Vista Mar, it offers spectacular views to the sea from the balcony, salon and master bedroom. Fully air conditioned.

Salon with a big eating table and a feature fireplace. Separate kitchen which is fully equipped (washing mashine, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, stove, microwave). Two good-sized bathrooms each with walk-in shower. Balcony with eating table and lounge area.

Flatscreen satellite TV with international (BBC, ITV, Scandinavian, German and many more) and Spanish channels, high-speed Internet WiFi. In the ground level of the house you find the locked parking, free of use. From the garden area starts the private stairs to the beach.

Stunning seaview apartments right above Playa Carabeo in the heart of Nerja's old town.

We rent five apartments at this place, with two and three bedrooms, respectively. All have large southfacing balconies. Especially in winter it enables you to enjoy every sun ray of the day, from sunrise to sunset. The apartments are fully equipped with large kitchens, satellite TV and free WiFi. A locked parking space is included for free. Ones you are at the place, you can reach everything on foot. The centre with the Balcon de Europa is a five minutes walk away. A small supermarket is just across the street.

From the ground floor you have private stairs down to the beach, a shower on the way. The sandy beach is like a tropical cove, with large rocks at the edges and green vegetation the whole year round. This is a top destination in Nerja, absolutely quite. In the night you can listen to the sounds of the waves, maybe while enjoying the fireplace of the salon.

Beach view appointment

This apartment was excellent. The best feature was the balcony overlooking the beach. The balcony was huge. Private access to the beach which was literally 2 mins walk. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and perfectly situated for a short walk to the bars and restaurants

A Much Needed Break in Paradise

We stayed at Carabeo Vista Mar for six nights at the end of June 2021. It was perfect: right above a "cala", so we could hear the soothing sound of the sea as we had meals or if we left the windows open at night. The longer beach (Burriana) was less than five minutes away if we left the apartment to the right. And if we walked left, the shopping district, restaurants and ice cream was also less than five minutes away. The weather cooperated, too: neither too hot nor too chilly.

Ha sido estupendo, sin calor, total privacidad,con el sonido del mar acompañándonos... El piso, precioso, amplio, bién distribuido, todo nuevo, con cocina independiente, y la terraza maravillosa, para hacer vida exterior. El edificio, con parking cómodo y bién ventilado, con acceso directo a la playita de abajo... en la que podías alquilarun kayak para hacer una excursión a los acantilados de Maro..., playa superlimpia, de aguas cristalinas... mi evaluación es de 10. Precio, en consecuencia.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for a short break in October. Everything was great, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean with all you could need. Excellent parking under the building. The view was amazing over the Carabeo beach, lovely balcony to relax on, we were even lucky enough to see dolphins! Would highly recommend.

Amazing break from churches and castles

We stayed in Nerja for four days in the middle of a three week July tour of Spain. We chose it based on a recommendation from Rick Steves tour book. It was for our entire family a welcome break from the museums, churches, and castles that we saw during our vacation. I honestly only regret that we didn’t spend more time there. It was the highlight of our trip. Carabeo Beach is amazing. We had a rental car, and this was the only accommodations that provided on site parking for free. We did a kayak trip in nearby (20 minute drive) Herradura beach, which was amazing as well. We rented pedal boats with a built-in slide at nearby Burrianna beach for 13 euros an hour which Turned out to be a priceless family memory. The accommodations were fantastic, we were even able to do our mid trip laundry in the washing machine included in the unit. (No dryer, but our clothes dried quickly on the balcony using the included dryer rack, and if you really needed it there is a self-service laundromat nearby with dryers available for four euros for 30 minutes). The one caveat is this building ( and beach) has no elevator. If there is anyone in your group that could not handle walking up many flights of stairs, this would be a dealbreaker There are many eating options nearby, but no restaurant could rival the view of our balcony, so we ended up doing a combination of groceries, and take out, and ate most of our meals on the balcony. The unit included three beach chairs and an umbrella which were essential. The only equipment missing were beach towels.

Sunny Apartment with large south facing balcony , full sun all day from sunrise to sunset. Ideal location for winter sun. Well appointed apartment, larger than expected, well equipped. Both heating and aircon , ( November evenings can be cool). International TV channels added bonus.
