Lovely apartment and views are stunning from balcony. We have stayed before so aware of the many steps down to the beach. My only issue was mosquito bites that I got near enough every day.

Great stay in 113. Lovely appartment, fab weather in the Nerja microclimate, delicious food in the beach restaurants and in town. Caroline is a thoughtful host who answers quickly.

Perfect Stay

we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated & spacious. We loved the large balcony and the super view of the sea. Near to a great beach and restaurants and easy to walk into Nerja town. A perfect stay…We would love to return.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s property. The apartment is excellent and has everything you need for your stay. We loved the view from the balcony and the location was great. The shared pool was lovely and never got too busy! We will definitely be returning to Nerja 😊

Apartment was beautiful and clean and the area is lovely…there are many stairs to get to and from your car. The listing does say there is no lift but I’m not sure it gives you the best idea of the number of stairs (56) required to navigate to and from the apartment.Views from the terrace to the sea are breathtaking and it was a great space to start your day in the sunshine with coffee. All in all a lovely experience but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Breathtaking

It’s a very nice, clean, spacious and fully equipped modern apartment, wilt a breathtaking view. The owner is friendly and cooperative. A highly recommended place to stay.

Fantastic holiday

The apartment is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The terrace has the most amazing view and gets the sun all day. The apartment is ideally situated for the beach and walking into Nerja. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Beautiful View

Nice view from balcony. Not for people who have trouble with stairs. Beach, supermarket and Balcony of Europe are walkable. Well furnished.

Wonderful apartment in a fabulous location

My partner and I loved staying in this beautiful, spotless, quiet apartment. The large terrace was fabulous. There are a lot of steps to the beach but it was a lovely walk and it meant we were away from noise. We had a car and found it easy to park outside ( Late January). We would loved to have stayed more than 6 days.

Fabulous stay in Nerja

The apartment is set in beautiful grounds, just up from Playa Burriana and a range of lovely restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped and modern. The large terrace has stunning sea views and perfect for relaxing any time of day. The walk into the old town was pleasant in the cooler evening temperatures and Nerja has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Thanks

Enchanting little holiday idyll

Very smart, stylish and comfortable property. Everything one would need for a perfect, self- contained holiday stay. The location is stunning - the amazing view from the ample, well furnished balcony; the beautiful walk through the village, past the lake and gardens down to the beach. There is a delightful surprise around every corner. We loved it, and just wished we could have stayed longer.

Balcony in the Sun

My Wife and I stayed here for 10days and agree with most of the other reviews. The view is fantastic from the balcony, gorgeous sea views, you can see the beach and hear the waves hitting the shore. The terrace is large plenty of seating and 2 sunbeds. Never saw a sunset but had plenty of full moonshine bouncing off the sea. The bed was comfortable, air con in the room if needed, lovely bathroom/wet room and shower and plenty of cooking utensils. I'd take some dishwasher tablets and a few washing machine pods. the apartment is set in lovely grounds, but you need to be fairly fit and not afraid of stairs think we counted 177 from the sea up to our apartment and another 30 to get to street level and the pool. Pool area is private and secure, nice bar and food sunbeds 8 euro a day for 2 you cannot take your own food or drink, but the bar is great and food nice and simple. As for Nejra we loved it, very cosmopolitan, with bars and restaurants in abundance and plenty down the back streets if you look. Easy to walk into but you could always jump a taxi home if you don't fancy talking the walk back up to the apartment. FYI the beach was good but it's gritty. We would recommend a car as the nearest large supermarket is too far to walk, but there is a well-stocked mini-market on the seafront (15min walk) but more pricey. We would recommend it, as we came home really chilled and only wished we could have stayed longer.

Wunderschönes Wohngebiet

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, herrlicher Blick in die Anlage und das Meer. Fussweg ca 5 min zum Strand, durch schöne Gartenanlage, über diversen Stufen. Die Wohnung und Terasse ist groß, neu und sauber. Alles vorhanden.

Bra läge

En jättefin lägenhet som hade allt som man behöver och lite till när man har semester. Sköna sängar, golvvärme i badrummet och ett fullt utrustat kök. Balkongen är fantastisk, sol från ca 9 till kl 16 när vi var där i februari. Lite lyhört dock från lägenheten ovanpå.
