Appartement luxueux de 1930 dans le centre ville, Ă  l'extrĂȘme ouest d'Edinbourg

Learmonth Court is an elegant art deco mansion, set back in a quiet private road within landscaped gardens. It has the security of a resident caretaker and has lifts to the apartment, which enjoys amazing views from its 4th floor location. Perfectly situated, it is a 15 minute walk to the start of the attractions at the West End of Princes Street, a 5 minute walk to the local Waitrose supermarket and a 2 minute walk to the local restaurant and bar. It is regarded as a home from home by our guests who have rated it 5 stars and have come back year after year, loving the comfy beds, the sofas dressed with plump cushions and throws, and the well equipped kitchen. Our guests tell us how they love sitting at the bay window after a hard day's sightseeing, enjoying the view over the roof tops to the stunning Fettes college and beyond to the Kingdom of Fife. Then, enjoying a peaceful night sleep in one of the 2 double bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a twin) with its fresh white bed linen. We have now completely renovated the bathroom and kitchen, which features a twin oven and ceramic hob, along with integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Overall, the apartment is furnished to a high standard with wireless broadband just another feature in the all inclusive price shown. All-in-all, you will find the apartment very comfortable - a real home from home.

Little details are what makes this flat memorable
 fresh flowers, hand written note welcoming us, and the host greeting us to make sure we made it safely. The location is also superb! You cannot go wrong staying- I highly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. Warm comfortable rooms and a lift up to the 4th floor. It’s a 25 minute walk from the city centre but the taxis are very efficient (we used the number from the little card in the hall table).

Les Ă©changes avec Euan, l'hĂŽte, se sont bien passĂ©s, du dĂ©but Ă  la fin, nous accordant mĂȘme un dĂ©part retardĂ© ne jugez pas en entrant dans le hall d'entrĂ©e de l'immeuble qui est un peu austĂšre, autant que les couloirs , une fois la porte ouverte, vous dĂ©couvrirez un appartement chaleureux, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t. Rien ne manque, les produits d'entretien, les Ă©pices, sel, poivre... Tout est extrĂȘmement propre.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad, het appartement was netjes en schoon. De locatie was ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep goed via mail en app.

What wonderful accommodations and great hosts. Communication was always prompt and clear. The space was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We walked all over the city from here and loved being in a more quiet section of the city after our tourist activities. Note: This required a winery experience rating to post comments here but we don’t have one, so please disregard.

A beautifully appointed and comfortable apartment. Excellent communication from the owner, really helpful. Private parking onsite a huge bonus. Short walk to the lovely districts of Stockbridge ( with it's shops and cafes) and Dean Village. 20 minutes walk into the city centre. Bus stop just around the corner. Brilliant stay, highly recommend.

Apartment was perfection! From the moment we arrived until we left everything was excellent! Owners were so easy to communicate with and always quick to reply! Kitchen had everything you could need! Bathroom of good size with plenty of linens! Beds very comfortable and plenty of space! Easy check in and out! Lots of great information about Edinburgh! Easy and close to walk grocery shopping and cafes/restaurants! We loved coming back to this super clean, homey, safe and comfy apartment at the end of a long day of sight seeing! Wish we had more time and hope to return soon!

Beautiful Place

This is a very nice apartment on the fourth floor with a beautiful view. It is one of the few apartments, I found in Edinburgh that has a lift! It isn’t in the middle of the tourist attractions, but you can walk or take an Uber to get there. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The bed in the smaller bedroom was much too hard for our preference, but everything else was very comfortable, especially the couches. The hosts were very communicative with welcoming emails, though we didn’t need anything.

Truly a home away from home

Our hosts were exceptional - the care they take was evidenced in every aspect of the flat. Excellent communication. Citynahe gemĂŒtliche Wohnung in Edinburgh

Die Wohnung war zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Ausstattung war super, es gibt sogar eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung auf Fettes College ist wunderschön.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super.Ein Supermarkt befindet sich fußlĂ€ufig in der NĂ€he, Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls sehr dicht bei.Auslauf

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view looking north over Edinburgh onto Fettes College, and then on further to the hills of Fife, are wonderful. In addition to that, the city centre is so accessible, either by foot (15 minutes) or by using one of the very frequent buses that stop just 3 minutes away from the apartment.
