A peaceful and comfortable stay

Stayed at this lovely villa for a few days & couldn’t fault it. Comfy bed with a great shower in a excellent location will definitely return :)

The Villa is in an excellent position close to the beach, the bars and shops and the rocks to watch the sea. The living room is spacious and didn’t feel crowded with six of us in it.

Lovely villa short walk from beach.

Very nice villa close to beach and restaurants , shops. It has its only pool was kept clean by maintenance team. The only negative was that bed by pool were tired.

Good holiday- disappointed with villa

The villa is in a great location in terms of being very close to beach and restaurants, BUT it is on a junction so surrounded by roads. The roads were quiet but it did mean we lacked privacy. Punta Prima is a lovely, quiet resort, but I probably wouldn’t stay at this villa again

Lovely holiday again here at Villa Trepuco Dos. Great location. Comfy house. Lovely private pool. Home from home. 2nd time staying here and again we werent disappointed at all. Shame I hurt my back on the 2nd day and was quite laid up but very thankful it was so comfortable and if you do happen to need a doctor hes great and just up the road. Beach literally 1-2 minutes across the road. Highly recommend Aire restaurant right by the beach too. Lovely walks around the area. 2 supermarkets where you can get everything you need. We had a grocery delivery from Eroski which was a great help as we had enough large bottles of water delivered to last the whole week.

Constructive feedback

The property was very spacious with very good and quiet air conditioning, pleasant surprise. The swimming pool was dirty and would benefit from a good scrub, tiles and grout black! I did see a pool man once, didn't smell of any clorine. A heavy chopping board would be better than a very light one especially when using blunt knifes, again would benefit from being replaced. I hope you find my feedback constructive.

Had an amazing 2-week stay at Villa Trepuco Dos. We have stayed in Menorca for the last 10 years and love the location of the villa and the area we tend to stay at. The villa itself is well equipped with everything you will need, and situated in a nice quiet location, near to almost everything. Nice and cozy bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable too. The outside area is spacious with a nice terrace, patio, and good size pool. Within a short walk(2-5min) from the main street and across you will pass by a selection of good eating places and bars. The beach is only a 1 min walk from the villa where you can enjoy tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Cala Torret, Binibeca, and Binissafuller where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...We tried great Spanish specialties(Paella, Gazpacho...)there. Overall a perfect villa and to us also a perfect location, we loved it and we will be back for 2 weeks next year.

Notre entrée dans la maison s’est fait avec une boîte à clés, pas de perte de temps. Jardin sympathique et typique. Propreté parfaite à l’intérieur, la piscine également. La maison est spacieuse pour 3 couples, et avec 2 SDB, on est vite prêts le matin. Les 2 SDB ont été rénovés et sont spacieuses, le wc est à l’intérieur. Cuisine bien équipée en vaisselle Supermarché à 2 mns à pied ainsi que restaurant et plage.

Casa buen sitio y tranquilo

La casa esta situada en un lugar maravilloso, en verano será muy fresquito por los arboles. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina pero está muy bien.

Villa was in a great spot, very quiet. Enjoyed our stay to recharge the batteries. Only issue was the beds. The mattresses could do with upgrading.

Great Location.

Villa in quiet location. 3 bedrooms all with air con, but none in any other room. Lounge got rather warm. 2 good bathrooms with nice showers. Only issue was the double bed mattress needs to be replaced as it was most uncomfortable resulting in us using the single beds in another room which had memory foam mattresses. Lovely pool which was cleaned twice.. Less than 5 minute walk to beach and centre of resort. Check in for us was 6.30pm which is late if your on an early flight!

I need to say that this villa is even better in reallity then on the photos! We had the most wonderful holiday ever! The property is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. Binibeca is also close, just 5-10 min driving. Local people are very friendly and this place offers a lot of local specialties to try. We are coming back for sure.

We had a wonderful time in Menorca - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise seas white cliffs, olive groves, and a host of excellent restaurants. We stayed in the Villa Trepuco Dos which was clean comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the heart of Punta Prima it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: supermarkets, tavernas, bars...We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. While there we visited Binibeca, Cala En Porter, and Mahon a couple of times. Nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Playa Punta Prima and Cala Alcaufar beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again.
