We had a great holiday at this lovely villa . Everything was as described , with lovely interior and pool and outside area . There were a few great restaurants a few minutes walk away and a lovely bakery . The beach was only 6 minutes walk with beds and umbrellas and a great beach bar. We enjoyed the few minute walk to the rocks and jumping in to the clear sea . An amazing family holiday and we would definitely return .

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Mariquita! Everything from the location, to the pool, the kitchen and the bedrooms were perfect. Maria was a very helpful host who gave us lots of wonderful recommendations to enhance our stay. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos.

Our second stay at this villa. Beautiful and well-equipped. Close to the restaurants in Cala Torret. Our favourite restaurant was Bambu so make sure you book in advance to get a table at sunset.

We loved staying at Villa Mariquita - thank you to both owner Sonia and the agents Imma/Maria for your helpful communication making for an easy process and relaxing holiday. The villa is ideally located in walking distance to the beach and lovely restaurants/shops, as well as accessible by car to explore the rest of beautiful Menorca!

Visited with my husband and two children (6 & 10). An excellent villa. Would definitely recommend. Very clean and well maintained. Enough space for all of us and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In a great location with beautiful views of the sea. Perfect villa, fantastic location

We had a really lovely week in Villa Maraquita. The villa was in a perfect quiet location overlooking the sea and had everything for a very comfortable stay. The pool was great to cool off and a fantastic roof terrace with stunning views. There are many local supermarkets and restaurants. All communications were quick and thorough, we were so delighted to have found this wonderful villa.

Happy Holiday

We stayed at this lovely Villa for 12 nights and were lucky enough to have our grown up children join us for the first few days.The location is super, great shop very close by, some super restaurants and the villa has a super kitchen if you want to cook yourselves !The air con is very efficient and quiet at night on the lowest setting.There is a little jetty with a swim ladder which is great for a sea swim close by or just relax by the pool.Excellent villa in an excellent location.

Beautiful villa. Very clean and stunning views. Amazing roof terrace which we went on every night, we would have used more during the the day but it got very hot as we had fabulous weather so some shade would have been nice. Would recommended and would love to return.

Fabulous villa!! Really enjoyed our 10 days here. The Villa is beautiful & well equipped and the views are absolutely amazing!! Handy steps down to the supermarket and some great restaurants! The roof terrace is amazing for enjoying the views but just too hot to spend time on in the daytime in July! Loved the little cat who has a spot sleeping on the wall outside the main bedroom window Imma who met us was lovely and very attentive. Husband & son went kayaking in Cala Torret and the beach is gorgeous! The location is absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back at Villa Mariquita!!

This is a very well refurbished and equipped villa, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a relatively quiet location, yet very close to a small supermarket, restaurants and a small bakery. also an easy walk to the beach. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided and the interior was very clean and in excellent condition. All appliances etc worked well, including the aircon in bedrooms and lounge/kitchen. Water flow for the showers was excellent, allowing both showers to work simultaneously.Comms with the owner, Sonia and the local managers, Imma and Marie were excellent (although the use of WhatsApp for comms with the managers is sub-optimal, if like me, you object to Trump having access to all your contacts, your contacts’ contacts etc etc. Anyway....)The outside area has been well refurbished/improved, however there are only 4 sunbeds and 4 “old fashioned” deck chairs provided. The space around the pool is limited, but there is a private patio at the rear of the property, which is something of a sun-trap. The pool itself was clean and easy to use with good steps and a fairly gentle gradient.The roof top solarium is a great size with a shower and should be an asset, however there are no sunbeds and the two deck chairs provided were broken and unusable.There is no “comfy” outside seating, which is unusual in our experience of villas in this area over the last 36 yearsOverall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 9 nights here and would happily return.

Thanks to your feedback, we have already arranged to replace the broken deck chairs on the rooftop solarium so that future guests can enjoy this wonderful space to the fullest. Regarding the outdoor lounge area, this was actually a conscious choice on our part. As the terrace is fully exposed to the Mediterranean sun, sea breeze and salt air throughout the year, we have preferred not to install upholstered outdoor sofas. Our priority is to ensure that every piece of outdoor furniture remains clean, fresh and comfortable for every guest, and unfortunately soft seating would be difficult to maintain to the standard we wish to offer. That said, we truly appreciate your observation. We always value our guests' feedback, and your suggestion will certainly be taken into consideration as we continue to improve the outdoor spaces and enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you once again for your kind words and for helping us continue to improve. Great villa with a wonderful sea view.

Binibeca is around a 20 minute drive from the airport, the villa and it’s location is fantastic. The villa is well equipped, tastefully decorated with a great pool. There are are many bars, restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. A lovely sandy beach with sun beds and parasols is around a 10 minute walk away. Nothing to dislike, a great holiday awaits you.

Beautiful villa in a stunning area

The villa is beautifully presented, well equipped and in a fabulous location. Lovely private pool and a great sun terrace with magnificent views out to the stunning turquoise sea. It's quite literally picture perfect. There are also some lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and more within 15-25 minutes walk. There's a well stocked supermarket within a couple of minutes walk from the villa too, selling all the essentials. Highly recommend! coupminu

Perfect Holiday

This was our first family holiday with a 5 year old and an 8 month old. It was perfect for us. I think we chose the right time of year for us as very quiet and restaurants easy to access. Apparently gets very busy in the summer. The villa was beautiful. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Views from rooftop were amazing. Imma was very helpful on our arrival and gave us local recommendations. Both children enjoyed the pool everyday. Thank you and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Villa

Villa Mariquita is truly beautiful and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing holiday. The pool area and roof terrace were well used, with the pool being big enough to have a swim and deep enough for the kids to jump in - lots of fun. I’d suggest a small fridge on roof terrace to store cool drinks and a parasol as it gets hot up there but the view is amazing. The area is stunning and there are a few restaurants and a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. The restaurants do get busy, so I’d advise to book ahead. The beach is really lovely but unfortunately the snack bar/cafe seems to have closed down, so take some cold drinks with you. You can hire 2 loungers and a brolly for €17.50. There are a few fish to see if snorkelling and also kayaks and little hydro boats to rent. We went to Splash water park for the day, which we walked in about 35 mins as we missed the “Tinv Ting” train! We also took the Ting Ting to Punta Prima to have lunch and then hopped back on it to get back as your ticket is a round trip. Binibeca is lovely for a stroll around and a bite of lunch. Overall a lovely, relaxing family holiday. Sonia, Maria and Imma all really lovely and helpful.
