Lovely stay

The property was in a good location to explore the peak district and also close enough to walk in to the town. The hot tub was very nice after a day of exploring the area. The property had everything you needed for your stay. The only negative was that the property said they had a car charger but they don't have one.

Beautiful house

Had the most amazing stay at this gorgeous house for the weekend everything about it was 5 stars. It is even better than it looks on the photos. Spotlessly clean and has everything that you need. Location is great only about a 15 min walk into the town centre but it is so peaceful and quiet you wouldn't think so!! John and Leslie were so nice and helpful and around if you need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing time

We had a great home to relax in with all the modern utensils to make our meals wonderfully healthy and tasteful. The host is very friendly and helpful and willing to give advice on surrounding places. The information folder is up to date and true to description. The hot tub was warm and well lit to soak our tired muscles at night. Recommend to families as well as groups of friends. Rooms big and airy and clean.

Guy holiday

Needs new seating in living room as sofa is broken and uncomfortable so are the chairs. Beds are really noisey when you move maybe need a topper. Pillows on beds are very flat perhaps need new ones. Steps outside patio doors are loose and could be dangerous if stepped in the wrong place. Mold on silicone in ensuite button gets stuck on toilet bigger towels needed. Bath panel keep popping off in main bathroom. Parking is not great as you have to move one car to get other out and then reverse out onto road. Outside chairs around large table some are broken need checking.

Well presented house.

Lovely house and enclosed garden which was great for the dogs. Would have liked to have been able to open the windows upstairs as it was a little too warm for me. Ideal location for walking into Chesterfield. Had a very relaxing stay.

The most wonderful, spacious, clean, well equipped property. Absolutely perfect for us with our kids

Our hosts were incredible, very lovely, friendly people, there if you needed them but out of sight if you didn't. The property itself was immaculate and very well equipped out for a excellent self catering experience. The bonus of a hot tub just topped it all off with being able to relax. An enclosed secure garden was perfect for our young children too. Great location with being very close to Chesterfield and also wonderful local restaurants. We would love to return.

Lovely quiet but central location

We have just come back from a few days away in this lovely holiday home. It is very modern and spotlessly clean with a fab hot tub. It’s situated perfectly - lovely and quiet location, but literally a five minute walk to a few pubs and several shops/take aways and only just over ten mins into the centre of Chesterfield. Good location, very comfortable

The house has been renovated to a very high standard. It's comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It's easy to walk into Chesterfield and on the doorstep of the Peak District, an ideal location.

Great place to relax in.

We have just had the most amazing week here! Such a gorgeous property, in the perfect location. The hot tub was a wonderful extra, and we used it plenty. Rooms were all clean, tidy and spacious. Just a few short walks to various shops/pubs/restaurants etc. We did a few short drives also so the dogs could enjoy some nice long walks. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!! Thanks so much. X

Lovely property

Property was clean, modern with a great garden and hot tub. Only negatives were the shower in ensuite leaked and plumber was unavailable so we were all struggling to use the shower in the bathroom to get ready in the mornings and one of our party has mobility issues so found it difficult to get in the bath to use shower in main bathroom. Also on 2 of the nights neighbours were outside playing music and being loud well after midnight so we couldn't sleep.This is obviously not the owners fault just unfortunate

Amazing facilities

We stayed for 3 nights and had our own version of come dine with me. I was concerned there may be issues with lack of equipment etc, I shouldn't have worried. The kitchen equipment was excellent. Everything we needed and more. Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and friendly, welcoming hosts. Perfect for dogs as the garden is 100% secure and they loved the under floor heating 😁 Hot tub was great and a bonus to the already superb property

Lovely family break

We spent a week here exploring the Peak District with our 3 kids and our dog. The property was excellent, very spacious, spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The hot tub was a real highlight. The hosts were great, full of good recommendations and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Fabulous House

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday in the spacious coach house which is beautifully renovated and had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. Hosts John and Les were welcoming and helpful and live on site which was reassuring. Secure enclosed garden was perfect for our little dog and of course the clean and well maintained hot tub a fabulous addition to our holiday. The street is quiet but plenty of takeaways, pubs and restaurants within walking distance and only a 15 minute walk into Chesterfield town centre. It was also a convenient location for days out in Sheffield and Derbyshire being only a 20 minute drive away. Five stars from us!

Good spot for the Peaks

Had a great stay, The old Coach House is well kept & well equipped & quiet. The hot tub was lovely, nothing like a dip after a walk in the Peaks! Chesterfield was a good spot to visit the surrounding area, lots of eateries in town.
