Summary:
Welcome to your Parisian home. Located on the two top floors of a historical building, it is bathed by light and has a fantastic view.
The apartment is at the corner of Faubourg Saint-Honoré and rue Royale, a few steps away from Champs Elysées and Louvre Museum.
The building has stood through the reigns of two French kings, the French Revolution, the rise and fall of the Napoleonic Empire. In 1871 during the Commune, it was partially burned before being restored in 1875.

From your windows, you enjoy a magnificent view of the rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, the Madeleine Church and the rue Royale. A place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home.
The apartment is located in the same block as the Crillon Palace.
You will feel at home with all the comfort and space of a Luxury Parisian apartment. No need to take transport, you can walk in this beautiful neighborhood, while discovering the Louvre Museum, its Tuileries Garden or stopping in one of the many rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré & Champs Elysées luxury stores.
Guest Access:
Elevator until the 5th floor then stairs to the 6th floor.
IMPORTANT : the biggest suitcase that can fit inside the elevator is 37cm x 75cm. Any bigger suitcase will have to be carried by hand to the apartment. Please be very careful about this. We are in a historical building and the elevator is small. It can fit a maximum of
- 2 people without suitcase at a time
- A person and a suitcase.
WARNING: never put only suitcases in the elevator, you will not be able to open it from the outside anymore and it will be blocked. There must always be someone inside the lift with the suitcases.
The Neighborhood:
Between Louvre Museum and Champs Elysées, the apartment is at the crossroad of two of the most beautiful streets of Paris. The district is the vibrant center of the great Parisian fashion houses : Dior, Chanel, Saint Laurent, Hermes... The flagship stores of these brands are a few steps away.
In 1862, the pastry brand Laduree opened its first store across the street. What was then a small bakery developed into the world’s most recognized pastry shop for its Macarons. This shop located 16 rue Royale is still open today and you can go there to enjoy their delicious breakfast menus and Macarons.
The neighborhood is very safe with the French Presidential Palace and the American Embassy 200m away from the apartment.
Getting Around:
3 minutes : Metro Station Concorde, Ligne 1, 8, 14
3 minutes : Metro Station Madeleine, Ligne 8, 12, 14
5 minutes : Car Park Indigo Madeleine, 31 Place de la Madeleine, 75008 Paris
Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.
Check-out / Departure: until 11 am => On the day of departure could you please put the keys back in the keybox number 1.
No breakfast service.
Cleaning service is done before your arrival and after your departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
In order to ensure that these rules are respected, photos of the identity documents of the people staying in the flat will be requested.
- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival.
Finally, if the keys to the flat are lost, €170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to ensure you have a quality stay in Paris.
