Idéalement situé sur une belle verdoyant et calme cour rive gauche à quelques minutes de l'Ile de la Cité et Notre-Dame, ce charmant appartement d'une chambre avec salon / salle à manger avec mezzanine, cuisine séparée bien équipée, et une salle de douche avec WC couchages de 2 à 5 personnes dans un confort parfait. L'emplacement du rez de chaussée signifie pas d'escaliers difficiles à monter avec des sacs lourds et la position est l'un des plus silencieux au centre de Paris sans bruit de la rue en dépit d'être à quelques pas du coeur animé de Saint-Germain des Prés et des cafés, restaurants et galeries rue de Buci, rue de Seine et du Carrefour de l'Odéon. Rues belles et historiques répartis dans tous les sens avec les quais de la Seine, le Louvre, les jardins du Luxembourg et le Quartier Latin à quelques minutes. RER Saint-Michel avec ligne directe pour Paris CDG à seulement quelques mètres. Votre droit de calme et oasis de fraîcheur parfaite dans le coeur de tout le meilleur que Paris a à offrir.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Paris. Such an amazing location from which to explore the city, walking distance to many popular sites, also near the transportation hub from which you can get anywhere. The apartment is very charming, clean, well equipped, modern while keeping its charm. The host is incredibly easy to work with, very kind and helpful. We want to return!

The pictures and reviews don't do this apartment justice at all - this is a beautiful little hideaway in a perfect location for all your Parisian adventures. We were looking for a location near Notre Dame, with sleeping arrangements for three people that didn't require a sofa bed, and this was ideal. While there's excellent use of space (the second bed is in a loft area above the kitchen), the apartment never feels overly small or crowded. It has a well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and good sized lounge area, and comfy beds. The location is in a quiet, one way street nestled between two busier streets, and you enter the apartment via a common courtyard behind a locked gate. You're a short walk to Notre Dame (5 mins), two metro line stations and a RER station (on the CDG line). There's ample eating places a very short distance away, and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Jean-Francois was always responsive, and very helpful and accomodating when we had to rearrange plans due to necessary flight changes (and had a personal link with Australia!). He has amazing attention to detail, and there was nothing more we could have wanted for to improve our stay. We're looking forward to staying here again next trip to Paris.

A wonderful, cozy stay. The location is absolutely superb and the flat is very comfortable. I must comment on the kitchen, it is such an efficient and well-designed space with a surprising amount of counter space with exceptionally well-curated and complete, high quality amenities. Great place close to metros, food and easy to get anywhere

A great place to stay for our family of four. Quiet safe apartment that we used as a base to explore Paris. Walk to Notre Dam and the Louvre and into town city center easily. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and plenty of supermarkets to choose from. Restaurants and bars everywhere in the area. Thoroughly recommend it and would stay again.

Our stay was perfect. Jeff was amazing, always communicating with us quickly whenever we asked for advice on the area, was amazingly accommodating and provided everything we needed. Wonderful Stay in Paris!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Francois' apartment in St. Michel, Paris. The location was very convenient and next to all major sites including the metro. The apartment was quiet and well supplied. The beds were very comfortable too. We would definitely stay again!

A perfect home base

We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect and even in a heat wave, the apartment stayed relatively cool. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Our 9 year old twins loved the loft beds and our 11 year old found the pull out couch quite comfortable. Highly recommend. Merci beaucoup!

My parents bought this apartment in 1961. I've lived in it during my studies and had the opportunity to experience some of the best years of my life in this neighborhood. I now share my live between my home in Paris and the U.S working in real estate. I love animals and small well-behaved doggies are welcome in the apartment.

It really is a 'secret' place in the heart of the city. The building was erected around 1760. Some original features in the apartment date back to the construction days, such as an old wooden beam on which a carpenter practiced his talent. When the windows are open, you can hear the bells of Notre-Dame in the distance.
