Very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated, the apartment sleeps four, has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a very pleasant living / dining area which opens onto a terrace with outdoor tea table and sofa seating for four. Here is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy the great neighbourhood atmosphere. The master bedroom features a very comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a second bathroom with bathtub is located in the hall.
With a westward orientation, the apartment offers a balcony with great afternoon sun exposure and it is ideal for year-round occupation.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of €100,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.

The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash.

It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.

The apartment is on the ground floor and there are a few steps to access the apartment.

Parking is available inside the Village Marina complex, in front of the apartment’s block entrance. However, because of this property’s central location, a car is not necessary for an enjoyable stay.

Lux living at it's best

Fantastic place and a great location. Tastefully decorated and everything you need on hand. A well deserved 5 out of 5. Filomena's advice during check-in was spot on, but I will add that there are 2 great retaurants right in the complex. My first trip to the Algarve and I will be back. Hard to beat golf at Vale de Lobo, SUP at Albufeira, and the bike ride to Tavira.

From the moment we arrived and met Sónia at the apartment we were made to feel really welcome, and relaxed immediately. The apartment is super clean and modern, housed amongst other blocks on a new modern development, just 10 minutes walk from the seaside bars and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a lovely way to cool down, both start and end a hot day. I’d certainly consider coming again. Fabulous rental
