Aloha et bienvenue à Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A03 dans le sud ensoleillé de Maui! Condo A3 est une unité de condo d'une chambre, rez de chaussée avec une vue partielle sur l'océan, qui peut accueillir 4 personnes. Ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre, y compris le bain et la cuisine. L'unité orientée vers l'est assure le soleil du matin et des après-midi et des soirées plus fraîches et ombragés. Nouvelle Mitsubishi A / C.

Le Kihei Sands Condominium est situé directement sur l’une des plus belles plages de Maui, Sugar Beach. Depuis notre terrasse en bord de mer avec piscine et barbecue, vous pouvez pratiquement toucher la plage - propre, sablonneuse, non peuplée et s’étendant sur des kilomètres dans les deux sens. A quelle distance se trouve la plage? Littéralement autour de 6 pieds! Notre patio et notre pelouse sont idylliques. Savourez chaque matin un café fraîchement préparé et regardez chaque soir un coucher de soleil spectaculaire tout en grillant le dîner et en sirotant une boisson.
Kihei Sands est un endroit spécial plein de l'esprit Aloha. I had a wonderful, relaxing time at Kihei Sands! Connie and the team were great hosts and the property is absolutely beautiful! I really appreciated the condo has lots of beach chairs and umbrellas for communal use. I look forward to returning soon!

Everything was well taken care of , had anything you really needed if you were going to cook . Location Tucked in between a resort and another condo complex on the water .The property is very well maintained and pool & patio area are very nice . I would stay there again

From the walkway to the room with its beautifully manicured tropical plants and flowers to the inviting patio area , where you are surrounded by incredible views and a wide beach area it’s a must visit property. The people we met were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. We met several owners who were very nice and welcoming and take pride in their community. Would never stay at another place in Maui!! Over the top accommodations, so clean and inviting. A total jewel!!

Our Maui retreat

Maui in Kihei

Overall the property is in a great location with great beach access. We stayed on two different Condos during our stay and found some differences in amenities such as the first Condo had a hard stiff bed, the second was more congenial to people with back problems. The first Condo had slightly dirty floors, the second was immaculate. Connie and Lisa were outstanding and very responsive even late at night...:)

The most magical vacation spot!

The condo was so cozy and Kihei is a quiet place with a ton to do with just a short drive. Sugar Beach gave us a special, non crowded area to go when we had some down time and the people that hang on the patio were all so incredibly friendly. The condo itself stayed so cool we barely needed the air on and it was nice to have the ocean breeze coming through the patio door. Next time we go to Maui we will definitely be staying in the same spot!

A Hidden Gem in Maui!

It is the perfect location for any Maui activity you want to do! We loved being in walking distance to small shops and shaved ice. We loved walking out to sugar beach every morning to drink coffee and enjoy the view. Clean room, living room, and kitchen. The walkways were full of tropical flowers and lizards. Overall, we loved it and look forward to coming back!

It also sits on the most beautiful beach. It feels more secluded since it's a smaller condo complex. Much more enjoyable than a huge resort. We loved grilling on the community patio. The grills were always clean and ready to go. I 100% recommend a stay at this beautiful condo. Oh and the plants all around the grounds are stunning. You will not be disappointed.

Connie and Patrick go above and beyond to insure your stay is completely everything you dream of. The grounds are clean, the courtyard is stunning with the most gorgeous landscape. Fresh coffee every morning out by the pool. The condo we rent A3 is our HOME AWAY FROM HOME. When we open the door I feel like “I’m home”. The furniture is beautiful, the decor is perfect!!! We love cooking breakfast in the kitchen , make lunches to go for the day and then a delicious dinner at all the fabulous restaurants in Kihei. This condominium is absolutely a slice of heaven. 2023 we stayed in it 3 times for a week!! Just came back this August 2024. Another incredible stay!!! We are REPEAT guests!!

Gorgeous Unit A3

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third trip to Maui this year! We stay at Kihei Sands Unit A3. When you open the front door your jaw drops. It is a beautiful, clean, classy 1 bedroom 1 bath family room dinning room and kitchen with a beautiful lanai. The bed is extremely comfortable and the condo is furnished with everything you need. Even a hair dryer!!! Your condo front door is less than 200 feet from the 8 mile long Sugar Beach. Sunsets at night are breathtaking. You are close to all beaches, cafes, fine dining, shops, downtown Kihei and the best Shave Ice!! The manager Connie on the property is so kind and helpful. The grounds are always clean and meticulously maintained. Parking is easy as they have a lot big enough fur all guests! I highly recommend staying in Unit A3, it is my home away from home. Mahalo to the owners for sharing with all of us.

A Hidden Gem in Maui!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos. Both times were absolutely amazing! It is the perfect location for any Maui activity you want to do! We loved being in walking distance to small shops and shaved ice. We loved walking out to sugar beach every morning to drink coffee and enjoy the view. Clean room, living room, and kitchen. The walkways were full of tropical flowers and lizards. Overall, we loved it and look forward to coming back!
