Enjoy the gorgeous ocean views while sitting on the lanai and soaking in the beauty all around. This condo sits right on Sugar Beach, with 6 miles of white sand beach right in front of our condo. Great for beach walks, playing in the ocean, or enjoy the shade trees in the beautiful landscaped lawn. The oceanfront swimming pool, and barbecue areas allows you to truly enjoy the property and delight in the scenery.
This one bedroom, one bath condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation on Maui.
Bedroom has new king size bed, air conditioner, dresser, and night stand. Bedroom also has an attached sitting area with chair and table for reading or computer work.
Complete kitchen with all of the amenities, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and comfortable sleeping in the king size bed. It has just been updated with all new furniture, and interior furnishings.
The condo is on the ocean side of Kihei road just 50 yards from the beach, so you may hear the waves, wind, or vehicles. We do have a sound machine in the bedroom to help filter some of the sounds if you desire.
Guests love Kealia's convenient location in North Kihei; just 15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to Wailea, and only a few miles to shopping , restaurants, and bars.
This is a less crowded, peaceful beach, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serenity as you gaze out over the ocean. amazing whale watching in season, gorgeous sunsets, and a great beach for long walks. Kealia #207 is calling you to come and experience this delightful condo for yourself!

What an amazing place to stay! If you are looking for a place to escape, this is it. The beach is literally steps away and the pool was beautifully maintained. None of the hustle and bustle of the large resorts! We frequently had the beach and pool to ourselves. The unit is very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you might need. The hosts also included a special touch to acknowledge our Anniversary. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

You two were amazing guests! I am so glad you had a good time at our condo and a nice vacation! It is really nice to be away from the traffic of Kihei, and have a quiet beach and pool. The water view was awesome as was the condo. They had room ac’s but they seemed to keep us cool enough. We went in March and it was adequate. The living room unit wasn’t real cool so it may need replacing before too long but it was perfectly fine for us! The owners take care of all the little extras which usually add up. Dish soap and dishwasher detergent even Tide for laundry. We were very comfortable and the bed and beddings were very nice! The pool area is lovely and sunsets are gorgeous right off the balcony. My husband and I were just talking about what a great location it is also.

Excellent centrally located Maui stay

My wife and I had an excellent time staying here. It was clean, spacious for two, had a lot of misc items we needed for our trip, and was centrally located to many attractions on the island but also quiet and away from the busier parts of Kihei.

Great place to stay! Amenities were great. We only used the beach (not the pool), but it was super nice to be right there by the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you might need is there. This is a one bedroom with a small kitchen but it works well. The lanai is lovely and you can enjoy the canoes that launch in the next lot.

Wonderful condo! The view was beautiful and the space was perfect for us. It is stocked with plenty of kitchen items, towels and beach items which was very nice. Like previous reviews, the only negative is the road noise. The AC does help at night.

This unit is very cozy. It is very clean & matches the photos listed. The balcony is on the north side of the building and has a great view of the ocean. You are also looking at grass & trees and not another building. Location is very convenient if you are exploring other parts of the island as it is centrally located. Also just a short drive to many restaurants in the Kihei area. Host is very easy to contact.

We enjoyed staying at Kealia Resort. The location is great being close to everything but not in the hustle and bustle of the city. The sunrise made the tree outside the lanai just light up with the most amazing glowing orange color. The beach was spectacular too. The condo was wonderfully stocked and met all of our needs. The hosts were so thoughtful to even have a welcome basket and easy to be in touch with.

This is a great place to stay in North Kīhei. Even though this area can get windier at times, it is a great central place to stay on the west side of Maui. We were able to enjoy sight-seeing all over the island without spending too much time driving (even our starting point on the Shaka Guide app for the road to Hana was around 25-30 minutes away). There were many shopping centers and eateries that were only 5-15 minutes away as well. We have used VRBO for various vacations and I have to say that John and Darlene have one of the best equipped condos. I am an over packer and was even more so when it came to staying at their place. We had so many essentials such as staple kitchen and laundry items, beach equipment, toiletries, linens/towels, etc. The condo itself is very clean and perfectly decorated to give you that beach oasis feel. Be aware that the building itself is a little older. The elevator was down for a majority of our stay but this unit is in the 2nd floor so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.Darlene is the main contact when it comes to communication and she is great about responding in a timely manner, especially once your stay has started. Mahalo, John and Darlene, for providing a great place to stay!

I am so glad you had a nice time at our condo even though the weather from the previous storm was still hanging around with major wind. The elevator was out from the surge from the last storm power outage. It’s back up and running but many complexes are still without an elevator. I’m so appreciative of you and so glad that you found our unit convenient and the amenities within the condo were helpful. We really hope you can come back again! Mahalo to you both!

Great spot for island exploration

Loved our stay in Maui in the Kealia condo. Place was fully stocked with everything you would need. Perfect location, away from the real touristy areas but close to everything you would need. Ideal for a solo traveler or a couple; any more than that and you might start to feel cramped. Having to choose between a dip in the pool or in the ocean after a day out in the sun was the hardest part of the stay.

Perfect beachfront getaway

WE loved our stay at Kealia! This condo was everything we needed to relax and enjoy Maui. Having miles of beach to walk on and awesome ocean to play in was great. The kitchen was well supplied for us to cook and eat in and you can't beat that ocean view!! Mahalo we will be back!
