Ce brillant, encore fraîche, condo a une véranda privée qui offre une vue à la fois de l'océan et les montagnes. En plus d'être juste en face de l'une des meilleures plages de baignade de Maui, vous pourrez profiter de la proximité des épiceries, boutiques, salles de cinéma, des restaurants et un marché de producteurs bi-hebdomadaire. Plongée en apnée, observation des baleines et la planche à voile sont tous à proximité.

Cuisine complète avec tous les principaux appareils en mode plein écran, y compris un haut fourneau de cuisine à gaz, grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, et l'élimination de la cuisine. Le centre de divertissement dans le salon contenant stéréo / cassette / lecteur CD, la télévision et la combinaison magnétoscope / DVD.
Restaurants
Il ya de nouveaux restaurants ouvrent en permanence sur Maui. Heureusement juste à côté d'un grand restaurant de style mexicain a ouvert. La cuisine est fantastique et extrêmement bien trop cher. Fun pour tous et vous ne pas besoin d'une voiture pour y arriver.
Lieu
Comme chacun le sait, l'emplacement est tout, et Kihei Akahi est dans le meilleur endroit à Maui. Il est dans les meilleures zones pour les plages, amusant, et le shopping. Marche pour la plupart tout ce que vous besoin, y compris l'épicerie. Foodland et ABC quelques pâtés de maisons.

Very nice condo with an ocean view from the lanai. Super easy beach access, and walking to shops. There are beach, chairs, hats, and body boards to use as well, fully equipped kitchen!Bill has great communication, he’s very nice and it shows he really cares about his guests! I would love to stay they’re on my next trip!

Had a wonderful time. The unit is spacious and clean. The owner is friendly and helpful. We will book and stay here again when we go back to Maui. We highly recommend that you book this unit if you are going to Maui.

We have stayed in several units in the Kihei Akahi and this was one of the better ones. Nice view from 6th floor and away from the noise of both pools on the property.Bill was a pleasure to communicate with and check in was easy. We had one small issue with the cable box not working but the management company was quick to respond and we got it sorted out quickly.I will be recommending the unit to friends and family. Mahalo, Bill.

Great place and view of.the ocean. Saw a whale breaching and and putting on a show the first time I stepped out on the balcony, so that was an awesome way to start the trip! There is also pretty good snorkelling at the perfect beach across the street. Timed it and was 4 minutes from the door to the water..amazing.

Excellent location, best in Kihei, right across the road from the best beach on the island! Plus, all kinds of cafes and shops within walking distance. The condo was perfect for us with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The complex is quiet and has a nice pool area. The condo is on the top floor which was very nice, and the elevator was just around the corner from the unit. And of course, you cannot beat the ocean view from the lanai which just puts that cherry on top! Bill is a great host, and communication was prompt and pleasant. He made sure to explain everything, checked in with us prior and during the stay. It was an absolute pleasure working with Bill!

We stayed in Kihei Akahi C611 for two weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit and the entire complex. Location is perfect close to all amenities and within walking distance.Unit C611 was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Communication with the Property Manager was excellent and we appreciated them checking in a day after we arrived to ensure everything was as described. They again checked in with us a day before departure to offer any assistance with our departure.Bill the Owner made it a point of also checking in with us a few times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.Everything was up to our expectations for our entire stay and we will keep checking when this Unit is available again to book.

Across the beach park!

Nice top level condo with plenty of beach toys to use. Ocean view from the lanai in a very quiet complex. Loved the proximity to town and beach!

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Kihei!I had an incredible time at this Kihei condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas. The lanai was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee with an ocean breeze and evening sunsets.The location is unbeatable—just across from the beautiful Kam 2 beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The complex was quiet and well-maintained, with 2 great pools and BBQ area that I took full advantage of.The host was responsive, friendly, and I had the easiest check-in and check-out I’ve ever experienced. This was easily my favorite stay in Maui, and I can’t wait to come back!Mahalo Bill for an unforgettable experience!

South Kihei is a great place from which to base a Maui vacation. Weather is among the best on the island. This top floor apartment style condo is quiet and well equipped.

Great location!

Great location! Our condo was in Kihei and centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go . We could walk to restaurants as well as drive . Bill , the owner , was very easy to communicate with and professional. I would highly recommend this condo !

Great location and view

Bill was great to deal with and easily available. The check in, location, and overall stay was great. The condo itself is older and could use updating in the bathroom, but the kitchen and family room have been updated, and the view from the balcony was great!

Kihei Akahi is a great place and area to stay on Maui

We had a great time on Maui again, loved the view to Haleakala and Ocean from the Lanai. It was our 3. time in Bill’s condo. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Close to beaches and restaurants. Until next year Manfred

This location is fantastic!! Top floor directly next to the beach with the best sand and swimming. No rocks or seaweed. Right next door to restaurants and shopping so no need to use a car to go for dinner or to browse the stores. Bedroom has a King Size Bed.
