Dec vacation in Lancaster

The property was nice, clean and centrally located. It was very convenient with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large kitchen. Perfect for relaxing after spending the day out.

Second time renting

This was our second time renting this property. Everything is as pictured and promised. Would definitely stay again for Franklin and Marshall functions.

Another great stay!

We like staying at this owner’s property for the following reasons: Owner is experienced and organized with hosting. The rooms are spacious and there is an ample amount of bathrooms, kitchen area space, table space, couches for our extended family and the basics you need are there so you can enjoy your visit to Lancaster. This property is next to a Turkey Hill which is very convenient for our family in the event we needed something. We enjoyed walking the perimeter of the F&M campus for exercise and appreciated the many local restaurants and shopping options close by. Would definitely recommend and hope to return when visiting our family again. A great place for staying with my family.

Nice unit across the street from Franklin & Marshall

We enjoyed our stay at Elazar’s property. Although the building itself was on a busy street there was plenty of on-site parking. The living area was large enough to accommodate all of our family and we enjoyed the electric fireplace. The kitchen/dining area was quite spacious and the kitchen had a few more amenities than we were expecting (ie. Basic pots/pans and cooking utensils, flatware, cups, small plates and glasses). The bedrooms were also large each with its own bathroom. The unit was quite cold when we arrived but warmed up quickly when we adjusted the thermostat. We initially had some trouble getting the stove (flame diffusers in oven) and TV (dead remote batteries) working properly but were able to eventually figure it out on our own. The décor was basic but functional. We would have liked some hand towels and bath mats in the bathrooms. Overall, it worked well for our extended family and we had a great stay.

Perfect rental for adult family

The unit was perfect for our needs. We had 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Every couple had their own room and bathroom within it. The common kitchen area was a great central hang out area too. The place was next to Franklin & Marshall University and it was also easy to call Ubers with minimal waits to get around the area.

The apartment was just as advertised and the owner was very accommodating for check out. Needs to add some basic amenities: no dishes,glasses or silverware, no toaster, no dishwasher

Thank you for your feedback and for your stay. We strive for a 5 star experience and obviously you didn't get that. We're sorry. I'm glad that you find the apartment exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. Due to dietary restrictions of many of our guests our dishes etc that we supply are heavy duty disposable. This is not what you were expecting. We did come by very quickly when you asked for extra hangers, and for a tutorial on how to work the thermostat (Push the up to raise) and the (roku) tv remote.We tried to be extra accomidating. You asked for late check out and early check in. You made 5 separate reservation requests for the same property each with slightly different dates, but really meant to ask a question on the first dates. Still, we fell short of your expectation amd for this the only thing i can say is that we will try harder. Best of luck to you and your future hosts. Safe travels..
