The individual property was immaculate. The building itself had ONE working elevator. Very inconvenient. That’s temporary. But I saw no one working on it during our 3 day stay. The condo was beautiful. Plenty of eateries close. Make sure that you have salt, pepper, and whatever you prefer to cook with. No longer are those things left by previous guests. Probably because of covid reactions.

The view of the Emerald Coast was beautiful to wake up to drink a cup of coffee on the balcony and listen to the waves,so relaxing! Easy access and walk to the beach, pool and hot tub tub.Rental was fully stocked with needed items. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Host were very attentive and price was reasonable.

Great long weekend. They were very accommodating and extended our stay on Sunday for a late check-out since our flight left later. Loved the ease of the beach service. Definitely recommend.

In town for holiday basketball tournament. Great location right on the beach -- close to everything. Clean, comfortable, and nice appliances & amenities. Great spot for our family for a few days. Would stay again. Thank you!

Perfect location, Quiet, Clean, Beach Service

This unit was very well maintained. It is right off of Hwy 98, close to Publix market. The building is modern and has a great workout room, pool, and a hot tub. Being able to walk straight onto the beach, complete with beach service was a big perk for us to choose this unit. The kitchen has all new appliances. Thank you for a great visit!

Perfect beach get away

I can’t even say enough about this unit. It was clean, very well stocked, comfortable and ideally located. I loved the bed in the master bedroom..my bad back thanks you immensely for the comfort I had all week long. About the only thing we needed or could have used a bit more of was toilet paper..but not a deal breaker by any sense. I will definitely look at renting this one again..it was that good!

Family & Florida

It was kind of a long walk to our condo from parking, pool of beach but we survived. Plenty of space for 5 adult women and all our stuff! Had a few issues with the property but the management response was great. Very good to work with us.

Thanks for staying with Legacy Vacations and the review! I am sorry the balcony closure caught you by surprise. I wish there was a way we could forecast the balcony closures but, unfortunately, we were only provided a date range, and even that was a moving target due to weather delays, etc. Our descriptions indicate that balconies may be closed during the construction. Based on the lack of a way to forecast exact dates, this was the best solution available.
