I really don’t think the photos used do this place justice, it’s absolutely stunning. Location great also. About a 40 min walk into Marbella.

A very spacious property both inside and outside which was great for our family holiday. A lovely pool area with some floats provided. A short walk to the beach although the sunbeds were more expensive here than at beaches further up or down the coast. We hired cars which enabled us to explore a bit further.

Great for families!

We travelled to Spain as 2 families with 4 children ranging from 18 months to 11 years. Property was perfect for our needs. It’s massive, heaps of space both inside and out. It was almost too big for 8 people! We paid to have the pool heated and very glad we did as the kids spent the better part of each day in it! It’s centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk down hill to the beach and coastal boardwalk. Would definitely stay again without hesitation and would highly recommend it for anyone doing a multi family meet up such as we did.

Stunning

The villa is beautiful inside and out, so much more than we expected. Our family of 6 adults and 6 children had a fabulous stay the children had so much space inside and out. Our family’s week long stay in this villa was an exceptional experience. The pictures of the home don’t reflect the beauty and the outstanding amenities this home offers. The pool, outside living spaces along with proximity to the beach, great restaurants and local shopping make this the perfect family destination. External area around the house - area of swimming pool and grill area were dirty. Cleaning happend after our reaction.Swimming pool heating was not efficient (also no cover) so the water was to cold to use it.Jacuzzi was in poor technical condition - no light, not all options were working and was dificult to enter - no stairs. We found and used some old small stairs from the basement.Outside grills were in very poor and dangerous technical condition - the most important for us - the gas grill was not working at all.The outside furnitures were old and some broken. They were removed from the property after our reaction.The garden terrace was not to be used during the rain as ceiling was leaking and water was dropping on our heads and furnitures.Heating in the bedroom on the last floor was not working. Even if we asked for reparing they were not able to fix it during our 10 days staying.Front gate was very dificult to open - every time was big dificulty to enter and to leave the property.Generally the house was not prepared for us - guests coming to have some rest time. The cleaning and the technical review was not made at all. For us was impresion like owner is not fully aware of the real status of the property.VRBO as provider of the offer should take much more care about the real inspection of the properties.For us, visiting Costa del Sol from many years it was really not nice expierience this time....expecialy that we came with the family for Christmas holidays.

Hidden gem

Beautiful villa in lovely setting with easy access to the beaches. Supermarket within relatively easy walking access and taxis easily available for longer journeys. Everything to make the stay enjoyable was provided, from outdoor bbq's to pool toys for the little ones (and bigger ones too !). Air conditioning was superb, gardens tended twice weekly, gym was used regularly by the Adonis's in the group. Overall, too much to gush about, we loved every minute of our 17 days.

A very cozy home!

We spent a few December lovely days in the house, we loved the family touch that was felt, for our daughters having the room together with the garden house and the bouncer was the best! very cozy, excellent choice of furniture, spacious rooms and comfortable beds, in general it is worth it in line with the money spent and you definitely want to spend more time in it, beautiful gardens and very well equipped. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home with us.

Fantastic family friendly villa.

For a family with young children the house is amazing. We were worried how our 2 year old grandchild would sleep in a different environment but the children's bedroom is so inviting and fun that he loved it :-) There is a trampoline, playhouse and of course the swimming pool, so much to do for the children. The beach is a short walk away. We needed a car for the supermarket trips but the nearest one is only a few minutes away. I have one complaint and that is that there is a table tennis table but no balls and a dart board but no darts (or none that we could find). I would definitely stay again.

In overall our party was very satisfied with our stay:- overall the building suited us very well - bigger ones got their own rooms and for children there was separate room with 5 beds- inside house was plenty of room starting with big living room, kitchen and bedrooms.- extra heated pool and jacuzzi were pearls of our stay and we spent most of our time- location was good enough if you are with car. Aldi was 4min with car and La Canadia 10-15minutes. If you like to walk and nice wooden promenade then appr 5km and you are in the city.Even we gave max rating I think there is room to be even better. Just some small things to improve:- trampoline and jacuzzy covers haven't seen cleaning for a while. Covers were covered with hard dust- there is chair beside jacuzzy to climb inside pool but it's totally roasted that I can't understand why it's not thrown away and replaced- some visitors mentioned that there were inflatable toys/mattresses by the pool. Yes, there were but majority of them were broken and therefore useless. I'd suggest to clean these rooms/cabinets from useless equipment. Otherwise it's more like garbage dump- be aware of tiny ants. They are everywere. Don't leave anything eatable outside of packaging. Even in the kitchen.- I'd suggest to change pool furniture covers. They are quite warn out already- master bedroom (1st floor) shower drainage needs to be cleaned. If I took shower after kids wated didn't go away anymore.- grill area can be cleaned better

Excellent Property For Big Groups & Families

We had a fantastic 8-day stay at this villa for our first holiday with our 20-month-old daughter, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The property is much bigger than it appears in the photos and is even closer to the sea than we expected – just a short walk away. The facilities were excellent, and we didn’t need to bring anything extra. If you're traveling with children, the play area is a highlight. It has a swing, slide, playhouse, and a large trampoline, which our daughter absolutely loved. The children's bedroom is well set up with bunk beds for older kids and a cot available for younger ones, making it family-friendly. The pool was spotless and well-maintained, with the grounds team coming by a couple of times during our stay to keep everything in order. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for hosting, with a gas BBQ, two charcoal BBQs, and even a pizza oven – we enjoyed several meals out there. All the adult bedrooms were fantastic – there wasn’t a bad room in the house! If we return to this area, we would definitely rent this property again. Highly recommend it for families!

Family holiday at Christmas

We had a perfect holiday in this beautiful home. The house is incredibly private, set on large meticulously landscaped grounds in a quiet neighbourhood. It is fully equipped from the expansive indoor and elaborate outdoor kitchens, pool and hot tub, private gym and ping pong table. We literally never lacked for anything. Bedrooms are large, most with ensuites, and many with balconies and gorgeous views. The beach is a very short walk and there is a lively beach restaurant close by with excellent food. It is about a ten minute drive to the centre of town. There are nooks everywhere to enjoy sunshine or find peace and quiet. The photos do not do justice to the property, it was all even more beautiful, comfortable and well appointed than we expected. If we return to Marbella we would certainly try to rent this lovely home again. Thanks to Martin and family, and to John for helping us with our minor issues.

Family holiday

Amazing property. As others have said the photos do not do it justice . Everyone had their own space to relax but lovely areas for the whole group. The garden area is immaculate with plenty of dappled shade for the younger family members to play in the playhouse , the trampoline and the goal posts. The kitchen is very spacious as is the main living area. We have stayed in several villas and this one is unique in that each couple (4) were able to have a really good room. Not to forget the children's bunk bed room. Plenty of crockery and cutlery in the inside and the outside kitchen. All appliances were of a high standard. We didn't have a car but relied on Ubers for trips to the supermarket etc. There is a boardwalk directly into Marbella. Took us around an hour with the children but is a pleasant walk. One beach bar a couple of minutes walk away hadn't opened for the season. The only other one nearby we used and had a lovely meal and evening there. Food was amazing and nice to stroll there from the villa. The restaurant was not cheap but we were more than happy with what we paid for a memorable meal especially if you factor in the saving of taxi fares to go further afield. At the villa there are lots of little extras like pool inflatables children's toys etc The outdoor cooking facilities are incredible. Gas barbecue in addition to pizza oven, traditional barbecue and a big green egg barbecue. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding

A truly beautiful house that has everything a family needs. There were 13 of us across 3 generations for our family stay, there was not one moment when there was not enough space. All 3 main bedrooms are ensuite with a further shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. My wife arrived 15 minutes before me in a minibus and greeted me at the driveway with tears in her eyes telling me of the beauty that lies ahead. The Pool was great fun with the kitchen and fridge in handy access along with shower. The outside dining table was used most of the time by all of us and the BBQ's were a great addition. The house is close to a choice of supermarkets and a very short walk to the beach. Puerto Banus is 20 minutes away for a good day out window shopping and car / boat dreaming. We organised a chef one night and a Paella chef for another, would highly recommend. The photo's do not give a true feel of the size of the house and the way it flows so nicely. If we were looking to repeat the same holiday again we would not think twice. Thank you Martin.

Luxurious, lovely and large.

Nicer than in the photos and even bigger than it looks too! Our favourite area to sit, outside in the shade, was a lovely spot next to the lounge where there is enough seating for at least 10 people. We ate mostly outside, under the thatched roof, on the large dining room table. We used just one of the many BBQs, the outside kitchen, paid extra for the pool to be heated because the weather had been cool before we got to Marbella. We were a group of 12 including 2 babies and 2 toddlers and we thought the place was perfect for us. It's a very short walk to the beach and to a lovely little restaurant on the beach. There's an Aldi a 7 minute walk, (from the villa) or it's a 3 minute drive there and 6 minute drive back! You can walk 4km along the broadwalk into Marbella but there isn't much else between the villa and the town except a couple of crazily expensive places. To summarise, it's a really great place to stay for a large family (or a group of 8 adults and 4 kids) who want to self-cater. There's tons of room and everything you could possibly want in a holiday rental! For us English types, some kind of live English TV would have been good, maybe even Sky Sports to watch in the evening but that's about my only complaint really!

Super outdoor comfort in magnificent garden setting

This property offers spacious and stylish comfort complimented by an excellent range of outside features in a superb garden setting. The garden around the villa is magnificent and beautifully kept by gardeners who were there several times during our stay. It provided a relaxing ambience complimented with comfortable terrace seating. The villa was rented to provide a base for our family holiday in Marbella. 6 adults and 4 children 3 – 10yrs. The villa inside is tastefully decorated and furnished It is well appointed with a good kitchen with plentiful dishes and cutlery, laundry and sitting areas. Bedrooms had a mix of en-suite and shared facilities. All but one bedroom had room A/C which worked well. The first floor Master A/C was not functioning fully and a portable unit was provided after efforts to achieve adequate cooling proved unsuccessful. Outside are several areas for relaxing whether under the covered terrace or in open or shaded areas around the pool. We used the outside cooking facilities several times (Gas BBQ, Big green egg and pizza oven). A full outdoor kitchen has fridge freezer and non breakable glassware. Shade around the pool was readily available with portable parasols and covered dining area. Pool floats were enjoyed by the children. The only minor outdoor negative was the outdoor toilet which had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We walked several times to the beach and to the beach front restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed this villa.

Even better than you’re thinking

This house is amazing. It’s even better in person than the photos and description. Upon entering via the gated driveway, you are met by impeccable landscaping that is meticulously maintained by gardeners multiple days per week. As you look to your left, the home features a small but very cute play structure that my 3 and 4 year old loved. Then there is a huge yard perfect for family soccer and games. To the right, you find the pool area, which is massive. Large pool, comfy loungers of all types, two dining areas and an outdoor kitchen featuring anything you might want or need. Of note, the pool is pretty deep even in the shallow end and over adults heads by the middle so keep a close eye on little ones. As you head into the house, photos just can’t do it justice. You’ve got a great family kitchen and it was nice that they leave it a bit stocked with basics so you won’t have to go pick up olive oil or spices. Then, great lounging family room with big tv, a second more formal living room with fireplace and a more formal dining area, and a 1/2 bath. Up on the second floor, you have 4 bedrooms. Two have en suites and the other two share a bathroom. An amazing feature is the kids room which sleeps five in a custom built bunk. Many rooms have walk out balconies and views of the sea. Each room is as comfortable and beautiful as you’d find in a high end hotel. Head to the third floor for a second master with king bed and en suite that also feature remote control shades so you can wake up, press a button, and take in the view! Also on this level is a roof deck where one night we even caught a view of fireworks in town. The house offers a less than five minute walk to a nice beach that is a mix of sand and rocks- great for spending the day building sandcastles or hunting for shells and sea glass. There are three restaurants on the beach within easy walking distance and probably more if you’re willing to walk more than 10ish minutes. To reach the closest grocery store, you will need a car. It’s very close, but is in the opposite side of a highway so it’s not walkable. In addition to restaurants you can walk to, you are have dozens to choose from within 5 minutes drive, and hundreds within 10-15 if you go into the center of Marbella. If you are looking for a perfect family destination and the perfect family house- you’ve found it! there’s something very comfortable about this home… something that makes you feel like the owners are your closest friends!

Huis was schoon en opgeruimd, bovendien gezinsvriendelijk.De keuken was ruim en had alle mogelijke voorzieningen. De tuin, was niet alleen groot en goed onderhouden, maar telde ook voorzieningen als tuinhuisje en trampoline. Het zwembad was behoorlijk groot, verwarmd (tegen betaling) en goed afgeschermd om kinderen, die nog niet (goed) konden zwemmen buiten de deur te houden. Kortom, een aanrader.
