La villa dispose d'une piscine chauffée avec un supplément de :
- Les mois de novembre, décembre, janvier, fevrier et mars est de 350 euros par semaine.
- Les mois de avril, mai, juin, septembre, et octobre est de 300 euros par semaine.
Si vous souhaitez une piscine chauffée, vous devez en faire la demande tout au long du séjour.
L’Andalousie est une région très visitée, connue pour ses maisons typiques avec des patios ornés de fleurs et d’influence arabe, de sorte qu’à Villa Mar, nous avons conservé son style andalou afin que les locataires puissent passer leurs vacances dans une maison typique de la région.
L'entrée principale se fait par un magnifique patio andalou orné de fleurs et une fontaine centrale.
la villa se compose de 2 étages. Au dernier étage, nous trouvons un salon spacieux avec accès à une incroyable terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer où vous pourrez profiter de beaux dîners ou jouer au ping-pong et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une grande table pour 10 personnes.
À l'étage inférieur se trouvent 4 chambres avec salles de bains privatives et accès direct au jardin.
Toutes les pièces et le salon ont des ventilateurs de plafond et des systèmes chaud / froid (pompes à chaleur).
La villa dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi (fibre optique).
Dans le salon, vous pouvez également profiter d'une table de billard et d'une tour de musique fonctionnant avec USB et Bluetooth.

1300 m2 de jardin vous profiterez d'interminables journées de soleil en raison de son excellente orientation (sud), est également équipé pour tous les clients de profiter d'excellentes vacances, a 10 transats, parasols, barbecue, pergola et de nombreux meubles jardin

La piscine mesure parfaitement 10 mètres de long sur 4 mètres de large et sa profondeur est parfaite pour jouer à plusieurs jeux. (La villa comprend un filet de volleyball pour jouer dans la piscine)
Dans le jardin, nous avons une douche solaire avec eau chaude et froide.
La proximité de la villa à la mer donne à la maison une excellente température,

Amazing villa, host and location to celebrate my 40th birthday with all the family. The facilities suited everyone in the group which ranged from grandparents down to a 5 year old.Could not fault anything during our stay.The comminication and help provided leading up to our stay and whilst we was there was excellent and very quick. Wonderful villa for family holiday

Great villa well equipped for children (and adults). Fantastic communication with Mar, who was very helpful. Could walk to the beach in about 10 minutes and walking to the centre of Marbella took around 30-40 minutes along a lovely boardwalk. Fantastic family holiday.

Villa was exactly as stated in the listing. Mar was very quick to respond to queries. The villa was very clean and we enjoyed our stay and had great fun in the pool and used the pool table a lot.Although the beach was close there were no sunbeds and umbrellas for hire in that section, the nearest for hire were a good 20 minute walk away.

Perfect family stay in Marbella

Wonderful property. Well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Travelled with 4 adults, 19 year old, 3 x 17 year olds, 15 year old and 10 year old. We absolutely made the most of the pool table, pool volleyball and ping pong and catering facilities. Gorgeous views of the ocean and mountains and sunset. Close to the beach and easy access to Marbella centre in 10 minutes by car. Mar was wonderful: kind and responsive to all our requests. Would highly recommend this property for a perfect family holiday.

Nice property

The villa had everything that you needed. Kitchen very well equipped, Wifi excellent, and clean & tidy. Takes about 35 minutes to walk into Marbella, so really to get about, you do need a car. Nearest bar that we bound was about a 20 minute walk away, right on the beach. All in all a good place to stay , although I think we must have had the worst late April weather ever!

 Thank you very much for the review!! Unfortunately, the weather during their stay was horrible, for that reason most of the beach bars were closed. The center of Marbella is about 30 minutes walk from the villa, it has a beautiful footpath along the beach to get to the center of Marbella, but due to the horrible weather, it was not a good option. Amazing property

This property was even better than it looked on line. It was spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our host(Mar) could not have been more helpful, and supplied us with timely and clear arrangements. Her responses were also prompt which eliminated any anxieties. Our granddaughters enjoyed the garden and pool and made full use of the many toys provided. We couldn’t have asked for more .

Amazing villa with sea views

We had an amazing week with family and two children under 2. The villa has everything you need, particularly well equipped for the children, my grandson loved it. The owner Mar was extremely helpful and easy to contact! Great pool area and beautiful sea views from the terrace. We would highly recommend this villa. Easy to walk to the paseo and beach and a walk into Marbella took 45 mins. Advisable to have a car, although Ubers easy to get. A fab week!

Amazing villa

We really enjoyed our stay here - the villa is so spacious with lots of seating areas and a lovely outdoor area. The villa has everything you need and more, the activities and kids toys are a real bonus. Rooms are very spacious each with their own bathroom. There is no toilet on the upper floor but you can access the outdoor area from each room so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Communication with the host was absolutely excellent- Mar replied straight away to a couple of queries we had. Fantastic villa

Perfect!!

A group of 8 ladies away for a hen weekend. Cannot fault the property or the owner. Mar was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, we all arrived and left at different times but she was accommodating for all our varying needs and even did our initial food shop for us so it was waiting for us when we arrived. The villa was beautiful, clean, great gardens, very well equipped. We wanted for nothing. Cannot recommend this property enough... thank you Mar!!

best holiday villa we have stayed at

This was our 2nd visit to this amazing villa. Mar (owner) is outstanding and always contactable. Villa was spotlessly clean and kitchen very well equipped. Pool area is large and grassy so not hot underfoot. we didn't have it heated and it was lovely to use. the vast covered veranda is a big plus,we used it all day for eating/relaxing/table tennis. only 2 things to note:no bathroom on upper level,just room en suites. turn through gate quite tight, so might be difficult for large MPV/SUV. Thanks for a great family holiday.

Villa Mar Oct 2021

We have stayed in many villas over the years and this was our best experience. The villa is actually even nicer than the pictures show and Mar is incredibly responsive. She ordered and had a shop ready for us on arrival and was very quick to respond to anything we asked of her during the trip. She had very clear walking directions to everywhere we needed to go and the villa was perfect for 2 families with lots of space and less than 10 mins walk to the beach. The pool table and ping pong was used a lot.! The taxi service was on time every time and it was less than 10 mins to Marbella centre. We’ll definitely be back if we return to Marbella. Fantastic Villa

We booked this villa for a family holiday with our young children (age 1 and 5) and my husbands parents. After seeing the photographs and reading the reviews, we were looking forward to our stay, but on arrival, we realised the villa was so much more than we expected. The location was great, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Here there was a great beach bar (The Point) which served lovely food and drinks. There was an activity centre with jet skis, banana boats, pedalos and more! The boardwalk along the beach was great for an evening stroll. There was a bus stop at the end of the street taking you straight into Marbella or Puerto Banus. The villa itself was beautiful, lovely decor, lots of space and excellent facilities. We have stayed in many villas, but this by far had the best facilities, especially if travellling with children. There were many toys for all ages, a pushchair, bed guard, potty, baby bath, changing table and 2 cots and high chairs. The pool is a great size and the outdoor seating area with fridge was really useful. Mar, the villa owner, is a lovely lady. Extremely helpful, and always on hand if you need her. We will definitely return to this villa! We can not recommend it enough!

**** Des vacances de rêve ****

Tout simplement des vacances magiques comme on aime les vivre. Une villa encore plus belle en vrai, bien entretenue, avec tout le nécessaire et dans un quartier très calme. Un jeune propriétaire sympathique et très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Les deux ports les plus fréquentés pour leurs plages le jour et les sorties le soir se situent respectivement à 10 et 20 minutes en voiture (il est conseillé de louer un véhicule sur place même s'il est possible de prendre des taxis à toutes heures). Enfin, un cadre de vie et un temps magnifique tout au long du séjour. Merciii Marcos nous reviendrons :) Jérémy

Amazing hollidays

Quand nous sommes arrivés, Marcos avait tout préparé. Il nous a conseillé les lieux où aller. Concernant la villa, elle est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Table de ping pong et piscine ont animés nos matinées et les plages nos après midi. Pour se déplacer nous utilisions une voiture de location. Et le soir des taxis. Pour finir, nos vacance chez Marcos étaient super et je vous recommande cette villa. Samy

Het was helemaal top! Familie vriendelijk. Volledig voorzien voor kleine kinderen. Snelle communicatie, goede host.Alles aanwezig in de woning zelfs douchegel en shampoo. Zwem speeltjes voor kinderen voor in het zwembad….Ik raad dit iedereen aan!

We have just returned from a fabulous family holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is very clean. Mar was excellent at answering any queries we had. We loved sitting on the terrace having a cool drink in the evening after spending the day in the sunshine, lovely sea views and very peaceful. Ubers are readily available plus you can order food deliveries from uber eats. Plenty of restaurants in the old town all within a 20-30 minute stroll along the boardwalk.
