Memoria is an extraordinary modern villa, elegantly adorned, situated in a picturesque village just a 5-minute drive from a stunning beach and a mere 7 kilometers from the vibrant and lively town of Rethymno, with its abundance of tourist attractions.



This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests across its 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV and a generous sofa, along with a dining area seamlessly connected to an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms on this level - one with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, and the other with twin beds, also featuring an en-suite shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover another bedroom with an en-suite shower/WC and a generous terrace for relaxation and sunbathing.



Every area of the villa is air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort, and there's fast internet WiFi coverage throughout. The villa boasts a private swimming pool and a separate child-safe pool, as well as outdoor furniture for sunbathing poolside, and dining furniture situated by the large BBQ area, which is sheltered for your convenience. Moreover, a private gym with a variety of exercise equipment is at your disposal.



Gerani, the charming village where Memoria is located, features traditional taverns, a renowned bakery, and a well-stocked supermarket. The beautiful Gerani beach is only 1 km away, while other sandy beaches, such as Petres and Episkopi, are within 3 km of the villa. These coastal areas also offer various beach bars and beachfront taverns for your enjoyment.

experiences, offered exclusively to those staying with us.

Depending on the season and weather conditions, you may have the opportunity to collect

fresh eggs, feed our farm animals, milk our goats, harvest seasonal fruits and vegetables,

forage for wild herbs, or even experience traditional olive and grape harvesting. These are

not organized tours, but genuine moments from our daily life that we are delighted to share

with our guests, offering an authentic connection to Cretan culture, traditions, and nature.
