Casa Antico Roseto with swimming pool in the heart of Chianti

The Antico Roseto house is a portion of the manor house that stands on the top of Borgo Montecastelli. Next to the entrance door, you will find a terrace for private use and a corner with a pergola perfect for eating outside or resting in the shade. Once this was the entrance to an ancient rose garden, famous throughout the valley, of which the name of the house retains its memory. The house is very large and has furnishings and architectural features typical of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century Chianti manor houses.

It can host up to 8 people.

Upon entering you are immediately in a large kitchen, connected to a large dining room with lounge. Next to it, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. A corridor leads to three other double bedrooms and a second bathroom. One of the bedrooms that develop along the corridor has two single beds, the other bedroom has a double bed and has internal access to the terrace of the apartment. The master bedroom, near the bathroom it has a luxurious and characteristic decor: inside it has a small living room with sofa, armchair and desk, and an imposing sandstone fireplace framed by two windows overlooking the valley.

Leaving the house, walking downwards, you will find the path that leads to the swimming pool among the olive trees. The pool is shared with the other 4 houses that are part of the borgo.

At check-out there will be a tourist tax to be paid, which is 2 € per day per person from 14 years of age. The city tax is calculated on a maximum of 7 nights.
