The property has *8 bedrooms, 12 beds in total and maximum capacity for 16 people*, 7 private bathrooms with shower (5 of which are en suite), spacious communal areas, garden and a large private pool.

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed.

- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed.

- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed + 1 single bed.

- Bedroom 5: 1 double bed.

- Bedroom 6: 1 double bed + 1 single bed.

- Bedroom 7: 2 single beds.

- Bedroom 8: 1 double bed.



Air conditioning and climate control



The villa has air conditioning in 3 bedrooms:



- 1 bedroom on the upper floor.

- 2 bedrooms on the main floor.

- Additional air conditioning in the kitchen.



Bedrooms without air conditioning have fans.

- Renfe train station: 5 minutes' walk.

- Caminito del Rey: approximately 15 km.

- El Chorro: approximately 8 minutes by train.

- Málaga city centre: approximately 35 minutes by train.

- Málaga airport: approximately 45 minutes by car.

- Mediterranean beaches: approximately 45 minutes by car.

Property rules



- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

- Parties and events are not permitted without prior authorisation.

- You must respect the tranquillity of the area and avoid excessive noise.

- Rubbish generated during your stay must be disposed of in the nearest public bins, located outside the property. It is not permitted to leave bin bags inside the villa or in its external areas at the end of your stay.

- It is mandatory to keep the property in good condition.

- Switch off air conditioning units and fans when leaving.

- Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 16 people.



Failure to comply with the rules may result in penalties or early termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with the applicable booking conditions.



Booking conditions



- *Check-in:* from 16:00.

- *Check-out:* until 10:00.

- *Deposit:* €500, refundable after checking the condition of the villa.

- *Early check-in and late check-out:* subject to availability.
