Penthouse Villa Ă  Wyndham Rio Mar Resort !!! Super affaire !!!

Cette belle villa privée est située à l'intérieur du complexe fermé du complexe Wyndham Rio Mar Golf & Spa. C'est une unité de penthouse qui offre des vues magnifiques et des plafonds de 30 pieds. Villa est confortablement meublée pour accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il offre une sécurité 24 heures sur 24, un cùble, une wifi, un chariot de golf gratuit, deux traces privées et un parking.
Il s'agit d'une villa de deux chambres avec une grande salle à manger et salle de séjour et deux terrasses privées. La chambre des maßtres est aménagée avec un lit king size et dispose d'un dressing et d'une salle de bain complÚte. La deuxiÚme chambre est composée de deux lits queen et d'une salle de bain complÚte. Le salon dispose de deux futons pleine grandeur. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée.
Les équipements complets comprennent une piscine privée avec des tables, des chaises et des chaises longues, une aire de jeux pour enfants et l'utilisation du Beach Club (une 2Úme piscine prÚs de l'accÚs à la plage). Le Wyndham Resort propose un casino, deux cours de golf de championnat (océan et riviÚre), un centre de tennis avec 13 courts d'argile / dure, le célÚbre Mandara Spa et 11 restaurants et salons dans toute la station, Club Iguanas (Kids Club avec activités surveillées), Game Salle et centre de sports nautiques. Les piscines de l'hÎtel sont réservées aux clients de l'hÎtel.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit has lots of room, a full kitchen and a dining room table. The community was very peaceful; we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the covered patio. The resort area is very nice and offers a lot of amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Pleasant Stay Lots of Rooms

Arturo was very nice and highly communicative when I had any questions. The place is super comfortable with lots of rooms to enjoy it with family and located in a peaceful part within the resort. I recommend his place for next vacations.

Quiet and Convenient

Spacious, cool and clean space for myself and four friends for a week. Great to have a pool nearby and easy beach access. No golf carts were available and that was a challenge for us.

Last Minute Spring Break

Space was great, location was perfect. The condo is both a 10 min walk from the pool/beach but since it’s hilly we just drove. My family had a great time. Loved the location for other activities (50 min to San Juan, 15 to El Yunque, 40 min to Fajardo for kayak and boat tours). Arturo was helpful and responsive. Would def come again.

Home away from home

The experience was welcoming. There were just minor things that in my opinion need a bit of work, such as there was a leak by the stairs and wall in the dining room. And some minor cleaning needed before arriving. But the host was amazing. Always answered my calls when we needed him and did go above and beyond. The rooms we so comfortable for the family.

Puerto Rico Getaway

Puerto Rico is magical - beautiful beaches, charming Old San Juan, rain-forest adventures, pirate caves - truly something for everyone. We loved our time there. Arturo the property manager was incredibly warm and responsive. We will be back to this incredible island!

Plenty of room for the family

The villa has plenty of room for large group. It was very clean and management responded quickly. Golf cart or car is definately needed to get to resort and villa main pool and beach.

Great Place to Stay

This place is just as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. 6 Adults and we had plenty of room, it worked out well for our family. The resort was great and easy to get around with the golf cart. Arturo & Ricardo were great and very attentive, they would call and text just to make sure if we needed anything. I would rent this property again. We had a great time.

Great beach resort location, beautiful villa

Our family trip, which included 7 people and 3 generations, was a wonderful vacation. The villa is beautiful and roomy. The beachfront resort is spectacular and very secure. The host and staff were gracious and responsive to our needs. Only drawback was operational issues with the golf cart which did not allow us to explore as freely as we would have liked. All around a very enjoyable experience!

work and family trip

The property is exactly as advertised. The host was super responsive to any requests and has a lot of contacts for tours or other information for the area. I had both work and family staying and it was perfect for both. Sun comes up early in PR so even though there are shades in each room a sleeping mask helped those sensitive to light to sleep as long as they would like. I will be back to this rental

Fabulous stay

We loved our stay at Mameyes II. We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room for our stay. The golf cart use was so helpful to have which gave the young adults so much autonomy. The Wyndham resort was very secure with 24 hours security. The villa is in a great location and was a short drive to the beach access. So many great places to eat and grocery shop, locally not too far from the resort. The owner and the property manager were great to work with before and during our stay.

Cozy family - friendly villa

This was a very cozy villa located inside the Rio Mar Wyndham Resort. An approximate two minute drive to the beach. There was a large pool with security. The beach was clean with lots of seating available. This was a great family - friendly resort with excellent eateries near the resort. The owner was very communicative, responsive and a gracious host. The villa was comfortable and clean with ample space. I would definitely recommend.
