My husband, 2 teenage grandchildren and I spent a week at Rio Mar. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The property is gated and very safe. The entire complex is beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Rio Mar again.

We had a great week the condo was big and comfortable for the 7 of us. Three generations! We rented a golf cart to get around the gated communities.

What a perfect well kept property for our vacation. Nadia and Tony were wonderful hosts. We absolutely will stay with them again should our vacation plans bring us back to Puerto Rico which I am sure they will as we loved it. So much to do, the beach was so wonderful, the villa was beautiful and perfect for my wife my brother and his wife and myself.

Our flight in was delayed, we arrived at 1:00a which made for a very difficult check in. We did not have the information we needed despite me asking for all the details while waiting at the airport. Communication with the owner was not what I am used too. The night we arrived she was responsive and helpful. The villa was nice, not as clean as we would like. We are all sensitive to smells, when we arrived the air freshener was potent. We could never get that smell to go away. The balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning and a beverage in the evening. The amenities were very nice, beach club pool, the beach, the villa pool. We took a day trip to old San Juan, it was 45 minutes there and 80 minutes back. We spent a lot of time in the car, it was a minimum of 20 minutes most activities/excursions.

The Villa has a beautiful view of the golf course. All areas (dinning, living, bed rooms) are very roomy. They even have beach equipment I.e. chairs, bags, coolers, sand toys for the kids). Everything was exceptional. The community is very quiet which provides for a very goodnight sleep. It is also located very conveniently to great restaurants, beaches, and rainforest.

Spacious enough for the whole family with a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful beach that is not crowded. Not able to use pool by the beach and not walkable to the beach with young kids or elderly.

The community pool is available for villa stays, while the Beach Club pool is reserved by the resort for hotel guests and residential owners. Great place for relaxing. I will definitely recommend this place . Initially It was a bit of a challenge to find the Villa once on the resort. Best part was having my morning coffee over looking the golf course.

Property is clean with access to a private beach and close to the national forest El Yonque.Beds were comfy, and it was a lovely home.Only recommendation would be to get a car; the walk to the beach is up/down a huge hill

Great place!

We had a fantastic time in Puerto Rico! The balcony was wonderful, very peaceful. It was great having access to washer & dryer, and nice touches were extra towels, a variety of coolers/beach chairs/beach equipment & cooking supplies for our use.

Great place for our family

We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and loved this place. It was very clean and in a great location. We loved the beach at the bottom of the hill. Big enough waves to be fun, but not dangerous. We have been to a lot of beaches and this was the best balance of fun and safety.

Fantastic stay

This villa is amazing. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets and sheets, plenty of beach supplies provided, kitchen appliances worked perfectly, place is right next to the beach, pool, casino, etc. we all had such a fun weekend at this property.

Excellent stay

Everything was exactly as advertised and very spacious for our family of six. The nearby beach was excellent, lined with coconut trees for welcome shade when needed. The location has good access to El Yunque and bioluminescent tours but the drive to San Juan was tiring. Overall a great experience.

Great Spot!

Great villa very well appointed with all we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. Very clean and conmfortable. Owners were very professional and courteous. They made every attempt to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in PR!

Fantastic Villa and Time

5 star experience all around. Tony is a terrific host and was very supportive and communicative. The villa is beautiful and extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful week staying there and would definitely return when back in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful place

Tony’s place was perfect. Close to the beach, pool, and town. We felt extra safe in the gated community. My kids spent a lot of time watching golfers on the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of which was nice to not have to run to town to buy extra supplies. The beds were comfy and we would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this place!
