Sweet Stay

We enjoyed a lot the space is well equipped in the kitchen area. The beds were a bit hard but we enjoyed the stayed the AC on point. The property managers helped us rent the golf cart wich helped a lot getting around ti the hotel etc…

Incredible views!

Property was perfect. Views were amazing. 5 of us stayed and were very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the unit as far as dishes, utensils etc. Just bring your suitcase, some groceries and your home !

Great stay

Unit was impeccably clean at check-in. We didn't use the cooking facilities, but the kitchen seemed very well equipped. As first-time visitors, a bit more info about the restrictions and allowances would have been helpful, but communication was always responded to quickly. Would recommend.

Best Condo in Rio Mar

This is our second time staying here and its the best in Rio Mar. The views are spectacular and the space is huge. Everything works great and is packed with everything you need for a great stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.. Balcony is great to just chill after a long day out. Host is super accommodating and communicative. If this unit ever goes up for sale, I'm in!

PR Vacation

Wonderful overall! We had a very hard time finding the unit when we arrived. A map of the complex would have solved this. We also did not like the fact that there were exits close to the unit but be were not allowed to use them and had to drive all the way back out over 50 speed bumps which wasted alot of time. Overall a very nice place for the family to get together and vacation!

Amazing view lovely villa

My husband and I and our Adult sons and daughters in law came for the destination wedding of another son that was staying at the resort hotel. The villa was perfect for all the couples it was nice that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. My only complaint is that the VRBO information about the villa listed it as much closer to the beach and hotel. The manager was very friendly and accommodating to us when she discovered the problem that the distance from the hotel presented. I would definitely book this villa again.

I've been traveling to Puerto Rico and stayed at the Wyndham Resort at Rio Mar. Since my husband and I were coming with family, we opted to rent a villa on the grounds of the Wyndham. I have to say, that the experience was exceptional. The villa was tastefully decorated, clean, with everything you could think of provided from band aides, to sun screen, shampoo, etc.. This property with it's beautiful views, located on the Golf Course, was breathing taking and I have no complaints or issues. My husband and I are already making plans to go back! Thank you to all of you for making our stay perfect!

The property was a perfect fit for our family of six! Plenty of room to spread out and a great covered porch to spend time on. There were no extra pillows/blankets but a message to the property manager and that was resolved very quickly. Unit is in need of some small repairs including towel racks in bathrooms and shower curtains that did not want to stay up. Pools were underwhelming but not a huge deal. Beach is not a close walk (20 minutes) but an easy drive. Unit has a well equipped kitchen and all the beach essentials (chairs, towels etc…). All in all it was a great location for Rainforest, boating out of Fajardo, and Luquillo Beach (which was a favorite place).

Rio Mar New Years 2023

Our experience for New Year’s Eve and the 1st week of January was an excellent. The condo was exactly as shown in the many photos. The host and her local contact promptly answered questions regarding super markets, restaurants, etc. Our group used the facilities at the resort ( not included in the rental ) and by generously tipping were more than welcomed by bartenders, shuttle drivers, and casino dealers. Rather than rent a golf cart at the condo, we opted for a car rental from airport in San Juan. There is a beach with facilities walking distance if you are fit and used to light hiking via a road that goes around the golf course ( very safe ). Cluster 7 condos are at the very end of a loop road high up with a panoramic view of the entire resort, ocean, golf course, rainbows, and breathtaking beauty. Rio Mar resort is also not far from the El Yuqui national forest ( part of the US Park System’s annual pass )
