Cette belle villa de trois chambres de style méditerranéen à l'intérieur du Wyndham Rio Mar Grand Resort est parfait pour vos vacances en famille. Si ceci est votre premiÚre visite à Puerto Rico ou votre évasion annuelle de l'hiver froid aux Etats-Unis, cette villa deviendra votre maison loin de la maison. Le Resort a tout ce qu'il faut pour une escapade. Premier attraction de Puerto Rico, El Yunque Rainforest, est situé à seulement quelques minutes sur la route et une visite à Old San Juan se trouve à seulement quelques minutes en voiture.

Tous nos invités sont accueillis à l'hÎtel et peut profiter des différents services offerts, dont le golf, le tennis, le Casino, restaurants, salle de fitness et le Mandara Spa. (HÎtel Pool a été limité à l'hÎtel Les clients seulement, d'autres piscines sont disponibles à l'intérieur de la station pour votre usage gratuit).

L'hĂŽtel dispose de deux parcours de golf professionnels (maritimes et fluviales), un centre de tennis avec de l'argile et de terre battue. Et bien sĂ»r, il y a la plage, une longue plage de sable isolĂ©e de mile avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique, oĂč vous pourrez profiter d'activitĂ©s comme le jet ski, kite surf, surf, planche Ă  voile, la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e. Ou tout simplement s'asseoir et se dĂ©tendre.

La villa est située dans Cluster # 2 qui a son propre espace de loisirs avec une piscine, récemment rénové et Gazebo pour les activités et les grillades.

La villa a une vue spectaculaire sur le terrain de golf (Ocean Course trou 5). . Il a une mise en page aĂ©rĂ©e de croix qui le rend idĂ©al pour profiter du paysage tropical Ă  couper le souffle de la terrasse extĂ©rieure. La villa a une cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e et entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec quartz comptoirs et appareils en acier inoxydable. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Il dispose de trois chambres climatisĂ©es, la chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, une salle de bain complĂšte, tĂ©lĂ©viseur avec cĂąble et lecteur DVD. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen size, salle de bain complĂšte et la troisiĂšme chambre a un lit superposĂ© avec un double sur le dessus, un complet Ă  la base et un lit gigogne double en dessous. Pay per View et chaĂźnes cĂąblĂ©es On-Demand peuvent ĂȘtre fournis sur demande. service Internet sans fil est fourni. Il y a un 55 'LED Smart TV dans le salon qui a Netflix et Amazon Prime. Une Xbox 360 est disponible pour votre usage. Un barbecue est inclus pour votre usage Ă  la terrasse ouverte. IdĂ©al pour les vacances en famille. Lovely villa, spacious and welcoming. Perfect living and dinning area ideal for the entire family. Rooms were great with comfortable beds. The views of the golf course from the balcony and most rooms were amazing. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, games and a grill! The villa was a 2 minute walk to the cluster pool which is fabulous. The walk to the beach was 10 minutes. We had excellent communications with our host Rafael, who was prompt in responding to our questions. Thanks Rafael and we will be back!

Stunning Villa

We had an amazing stay in this property. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and very well thought out. We greatly enjoyed the golf course view and the breeze that goes through when windows are opened. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

5-Night Stay With Friends

The unit was largely as represented in the listing...nicely furnished and laid out for multiple couples or a family. As others have noted, it is a bit difficult to find/get to and is restricted in the use of other Wyndham amenities. The overall complex is quite large, so the unit is a 30-minute walk or a drive to the beach and the main facilities. The nearby pool was lovely, and the unit was conveniently located to the rain forest. Good spot for golfers, tennis center was marginal. Unfortunately, there was no guest book giving suggestions for places to eat or visit...this would have been helpful!

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was as it was described and in a beautiful spot. the host was responsive when I had questions. I only wished it had been communicated that I needed to place my brother, nephew and mom on the initial list as they were staying in a home on the property in a separate gated area and they were not allowed to park in our area so we could have dinner together. The instructions specified to list anyone staying and I understood that to mean sleeping at the location not to having 3 additional people for dinner. However, the property was very nice and I would most definitely stay there again.

Great and quiet week

Had a great week in Rio Grande! The villa itself is excellent and just as the pictures showed it. We had a little trouble finding it within the Wyndham property at first as you have to drive all the way around and there aren't signs. Beach and resort restaurants are great. Highly recommend early drives up to El Yunque and nearby Luquillo beaches! Our only frustration is that you really can't walk to the beach if you're going to bring anything (chairs, kids, bags, etc.) - it's a decent way around the golf course and down to the beach. Suggestion for the future - have a welcome binder with details about beach parking, restaurant suggestions, etc.

The property was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were outdated. Extra towels needed for master. Only one each supplied for 2 people. No working TV in the upstairs bedroom.Need to make clear that this condo is not part of the Rio Mar resortSuggest a binder with all info needed: map of resort, recommended restaurants, points of interest along with brochures, taxi info, medical information, grocery stores etc. all helpful for guests.TIP. Do NOT rent a car from Routes car rental

Family Getaway

The villa was perfect for our family of five adults. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals. The living space was comfortable and well furnished. of travel. Maybe a map of the grounds would be helpful. The pool was very nice and just a short walk from the villa. The owners provided beach chairs and towels for guests which was quite convenient. The covered balcony was so nice for sitting and having your morning coffee. We felt there could've been directions provided on how to find Cluster 2. That was frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Maybe a map of the grounds would also be handy. The place was great for our family get-away. The resort is lovely.

Great villa for family of 5

We had a great time during our stay at Villa Carpe Diem. The villa was clean and spacious and worked well for our family of 5 adults. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable and the Mountain View from the balcony is beautiful. The main floor bathroom sink/vanity area is in need of a refresh but otherwise bathroom is in good condition. The A/C worked well and overall the water pressure was good. We also really enjoyed the Rio Mar resort amenities. My husband and boys golfed both courses, we played pickle ball, used the fitness center, enjoyed the pool near the condo, the beach area, beachclub pool, casino, and restaurants. We were not allowed to park in the beach club pool parking lot, so we parked at beach entrance and entered pool area from the beach. They had no problem with this. There is a beach bar and you can order food as well. They even have waitstaff taking orders on the beach. The beach was also well manicured and very nice. The resort is very large so you will need a car or golf cart to get around. Rafael was very quick to respond to our questions and was very nice to work with. One suggestion that I think guests would appreciate would be to have a book at the villa containing information about the resort amenities, the surrounding area, restaurant suggestions, grocery stores nearby, things to do in the area, Etc. Lastly, I also think it would be nice if some coffee would be provided, at least enough to get you through the first morning.

Secluded and comfortable island retreat

Once you find the unit, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful portion of the resort, you’ll be greeted by a spacious and private setting. The balcony and windows offer ample golf course views with mountains in the background. The bedrooms don’t have closets and offer limited hanging space so pack accordingly. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals, and the living area is comfortable and welcoming. A golf cart is a must for traveling around the resort, particularly to access the beach and bars in Rio Mar. The new pool in Cluster 2 is spectacular, with plenty of seating and shade. The location allows for easy access to San Juan, local fishing villages, other resort towns, day trips, and tours. The owner was responsive and attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Villa for Vacation

Our family enjoyed 5 nights in this villa. The villa was well appointed with many amenities. The owner clearly considered the needs of vacationers and families . The villa was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. We were close to Luquillo beach and many restaurants and shops (within close driving distance). The proximity to the pool and beach were convenient. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the morning sunrise made it even better. Our host was responsive and easy to work with. This was our first time in this area of PR and we will definitely visit again. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Wyndham Rio Mar Stay

The stay at cluster 2 villas within the Wyndham Rio Mar golf and beach resort was fantastic. The property is well taken care of and full of beautiful scenery. Rafael’s villa is perfect for a family with plenty of room to spread out. It’s nice that the villa has a washer/dryer. You are able to eat at the restaurants within the Wyndham which has a delightful selection. My wife and I enjoyed the restaurant above the club house called Iguanas. Our family enjoyed the pool located in cluster 2 villas area, though the other pools are off limits for guests of the villas. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico and would specifically return to this resort in the future.

Perfect property, perfect location

We loved our stay at Villa Carpe Diem. Our group comprised two families with four adults and four school aged kids. We had plenty of space and the layout of the condo was perfect. The resort amenities could not be better, we loved the easy access to the beach which was clean and has chairs available and the pool next to the beach was great as was the pool near the condo. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, etc. Rafael was super helpful and communicative- he even sent a heads up warning with an alert for big waves one day. Overall, I highly recommend this condo!

Great Villa

The Villa had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. Their was lots of natural light and a nice breeze on the porch. The location was great to get to the beach and the pool. My kids loved the pool at the villa and down by the beach. Over all we had a great stay.

Great place to stay for a wedding

I attended my youngest son and daughter in law's wedding and this Vrbo was perfect. The host communicated well, the location was wonderful and the property was up to date and easy to stay in. The views are very pleasant and it was a perfect stay for my oldest son and wife, my two grandsons and myself. Thanks Rafael.
