This vacation rental is within walking distance of several restaurants ranging from family-friendly breakfasts at the Pancakery and excellent Italian fare from Mimmo's Ristorante Italiano. Explore the 208-acres of Henderson Beach State Park where you can hike the nature trail, photograph native wildlife, fish, or relax on the beach. And for those looking to hit the links, the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is just a little over a mile north of this rental.

Location and condo were great! There’s an additional 15 fee per person for a bracelet to get into pool and down to the beach. Would have been nice if it was included with the booking. But other than that, all was fantastic!

Loved the beach condo!

Everything was perfect! Great location to beach, having kitchen, pool, and good location without a car. Uber-ed a few times and walked to a few nearby spots. Would definitely love to stay here again!

First I want to say that Sterling Sands was not included in these photos this condo is owned by Vacasa and misrepresented it not only not clean but severe damage and old unit photos must have been 10 years old . I have all photos and even had check in issues also since Vacasa didn’t send our room check in till after we arrived on site and no one on site to help never ever use Vacasa never

Excellent facility and location

Soccer tournament was our reason to come to Destin. Excellent location and easy access for restaurants and shopping. Pool was marvelous and a short walk to beach! I’ll be back

White sand and Peaceful!

Needed to get away of the cold and gloom of Michigan so booked a week here. Gorgeous view, lucked out with the weather for December, and was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach and water. Was hard to leave and we already want to come back. Condo was perfect size for our family of 4!
