The large cozy family room is perfect to snuggle -up to watch a movie with popcorn and snacks . To complete the lower level with a 4 pc bathroom . The front yard is surrounded by sky high spruce trees with an inviting firepit perfect for roasting marshmallows on a starry summer night .
