Visitez notre unité récemment rénovée, l'extrémité supérieure du plancher, Monkey Sea, Monkey Dune. Profitez de vues relaxantes sur l'océan Atlantique, la voie navigable Intracoastal et l'île à partir de nos deux ponts spacieux. Le plan d'étage redessiné fournit à chaque chambre une salle de bain privée. Nous avons également ajouté de nouveaux lits, des appareils électroménagers, des salles de bains, des peintures fraîches et des meubles modernisés.

Notre escapade est située dans la communauté sociable de Dockside Landing, située sur l'extrémité ouest de Ocean Isle Beach, où il y a quelque chose à faire pour tout le monde! La plage se trouve à quelques pas du condo. Lancez votre kayak ou votre paddle debout dès le lancement du bateau sur la propriété. Pêcher ou attraper du crabe bleu à partir des quais sur place.

Plusieurs restaurants, un café, une crème glacée sur la plage et un parcours mini-putt se trouvent à une promenade d'un mile à pied ou à pied du condo. Louez un bateau, louez un vélo ou un kayak pour une aventure douce de votre choix directement depuis le centre de l'île.

À proximité de la terre ferme, découvrez l'une des douzaines de parcours de golf, visitez les nombreuses attractions de Myrtle Beach ou arrêtez-vous à Calabash pour certains des meilleurs fruits de mer de la côte Est!

Nous offrons une cuisine entièrement équipée, un four à four électrique, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Le condo dispose également de la télévision par câble, Internet haut débit, WiFi et lecteur DVD / BluRay.

Nice property, easily housed 5 ppl wo any issues. The stairs were challenging after a full day of running around but the views from both decks made up for it. Clean, updated and comfortable. good tv options and good wifi.

Great Vacation

My wife our 2 kids 8 and 10 years old found this to be a perfect stay for us. Owners communicated well with us leading up to and during our stay which helped a lot. Wonderful getaway!

We had a great experience at this OIB spot! The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout the whole rental process and stay. We loved the views from the back porch of the sound as well as down the beach. The place was very comfortable and clean. Wonderful stay at MSMD!

My family of 4 (2 littles) had the best time at Ocean Isle staying at Monkey Sea, Monkey Dune! Craig gave us all the info we needed for our stay to make it an easy check in/out process. We had plenty of space. Everything we could possibly need was supplied at the condo. The whole place was clean. The walk to the beach was easy and short. 2nd stay at Monkey Sea, Monkey Dune

This is the second time we have stayed at Monkey Sea, Monkey Dune. Craig makes check in and check out extremely easy. He even lets renters know if cleaning is done early to allow for an earlier check in time, which is awesome. If a guest has any questions or concerns, Craig responds promptly. There is plenty of space for 4-6 guests and the walk to the beach is short. The convenience of providing towels and linens along with not requiring guests to wash them prior to departure is an added bonus. Definitely recommended for anyone with young or older children, as there is a pool onsite as well.

Worth the highest rating in every category! Owners communicated so well with phone call, email, physical binder (with great photos and maps). And they even had a “visitors’ package” ready with two trash bags, a kitchen sponge, etc… all neighbors at the complex were equally as friendly and welcoming. One lady let us borrow an umbrella. These owners could teach a course, “How to run a successful beach rental.”

Just perfect!

This was our first time visiting ocean isle beach. We wanted something more quiet and laid back, not looking for city traffic or loud parties. The beach is lovely and not overcrowded. MSMD provided a beautiful view of the sound every morning, with a vivid sunset over the water every evening. Upon arrival, the property was clean and well-stocked with misc. items and a care package to hold you over until you can get to the grocery store. With a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and WiFi, we wanted for nothing. We had a great stay and would most definitely like to return.

The property was as the owner described but be forewarned that the 3rd floor is actually 4 flights of steps (and they get harder to climb each day). The views from both the front and the back decks were awesome, as well as the interior of the condo were as described. We had some issues getting the television on local stations and Roku but I think that was "operator error". The front entry door was difficult to unlock and lock - even with the instructions left on the glass. Overall, I would recommend the property as it is as described in the pictures.

Excellent hosts, great communicators who go above and beyond. Beach was around 1/4 mile walk away. Lots of restaurants on the island.Only thing I would mention is that it is on the 3rd floor (we counted 42 steps) so it can be a pain going up and down, especially for small children or the elderly.
