Welcome to Intentionally Beached in Starboard By The Sea mid-island condo community. This first floor condo is located on the west end of the island and is just a short, one block walk to the public beach access. Enjoy fun in the sun on the beach or sun bathe around one of the 3 community pools. Test your skills on the court with a friendly game of tennis or pickle ball. Meander along the nearby sound side boardwalk or put in your kayak/paddle board to navigate the inlets of Jinks Creek along the intercoastal waterway. Afterwards, relax on the deck watching the wildlife around the lagoon and enjoy the restful balcony view of a large, open field, great for yard games, golf practice, or flying a kite. Your island vacation awaits you. STRICTLY 2 PARKING SPACES ALLOWED. GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED BUT THE GOLF CART WILL COUNT AS ONE OF THE PARKING PLACES. NO DROP CORDS ARE ALLOWED TO CHARGE GOLF CARTS. IT IS A MAJOR FIRE HAZARD. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO BOATS, JET SKIS OR TRAILERS. **Bring your own linens and towels for your stay**

My favorite part of this stay, besides the cleanliness, was all of the thoughtful details. There is a clothesline in the shower, extra hooks for multiple bath towels, a closet full of pool and beach accessories, etc. It makes sharing a smaller space with multiple adults very manageable!

Great place

We loved staying at this condo. Easy access to beach and pool/tennis courts. Property is just as described in listing ! Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. Our family of 7 fit nicely in the condo. Renovation was very well done ! Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo .

Great location!

We spent the fourth here and it was so wonderful!! The daily trips to the beach were easy peasy and we loved being so close to the pool. Having the storage in the parking garage was a game changers and meant we didn’t have to lug all of our beach stuff up and down the stairs from the condo!! I will say, there were no beach toys in the traditional sense (no buckets or shovels), so that was a bit of a bummer, but otherwise it was great!! Kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice place

The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. Our family came in from NY, SC, TN and NC. My brothers had condos in different buildings but we had meals at our condo because it was spacious enough for 12 people to eat. Great weekend even though the weather was not so cooperative.

Labor Day Weekend

The location was great, easy access to the beach. Our biggest complaint was the bugs. Several dead cockroaches were found throughout the property. Also, it was not made clear that we needed to bring sheets and towels. In the description it states that they wash all towels and sheets. This comment led me to believe they actually had them.

Condo Stay

The condo was a nice layout and short walk to the beach. The condo was surface clean. However, it needs a deep cleaning. Under the beds & under bathroom vanities for example. There was trash, dead/dying bugs-cockroaches, hangers, dust bunnies, and assorted items left behind by previous guests. The mattress pads all need to be cleaned. They definitely were NOT. Overall, We enjoyed the sights, shops, restaurants, and of course Ocean Isle Beach. Just wish more attention was given to the cleaning process of the condo.

Went for a relaxing vacation, and that is what we had!!!

The place was very clean!!! If we had a question with the property the owner answered us right away! The place was amazing!!!
