The Atlantic Ocean and a broad stretch of sand are mere steps away from this comfortable, light-filled condo in Ocean Isle Beach. This is a place to spend your days surfing, beachcombing, boogie boarding, and lounging in the sun by the community pool.

This condo is located in an oceanfront complex with grounds that include a beachfront swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and a boardwalk that crosses the dunes to the beach. The center of town is just a mile up the coast, while a number of world-class golf courses are a short drive across the Intracoastal Waterway.

Stroll home from the beach in the afternoon, leave your towels in the care of the washer/dryer by the door, and step out onto the shaded balcony to relax and unwind. This is a lovely spot for morning coffee, alfresco evening meals, and everything in between.

The interior is full of sunlight, with central air and complimentary WiFi provided throughout. Enjoy an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining room table, and a living room with a TV for after-dinner movies. Streaming is available, as well as cable through Focus Broadband. There are TVs in the bedrooms as well, each of which is paired with its own full bathroom.

Cleaner didn't show up till last minute due to other cleaner not showing. The room was therefore rush cleaned. Not the fault of the property as it was nice and exactly what we wanted for a slightly inflated price. Overall 4/5

Perfect location, great amenities

We have sought out this condo for the past three years, and love it. It has a prime location and is everything you could ask for in a beach home. My only complaint is that the master bedroom bed is quite uncomfortable (and loud) to sleep in. Aside from that, this place is picture-perfect in every way.

Weekend getaway

We had a decent weekend getaway e en though the weather was not great. The property was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to smoke cigars on the deck but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Our home has a strict no-smoking policy that we take very seriously; regretfully private owners in the surrounding buildings are not held to our house rules but our team does work with the condo association to provide the best possible stay for each of our guests. We found the condo clean and comfortable. It met our needs for our trip to a “beach “ wedding. Unfortunately, the storm affected our ability to take advantage of the beach access. Check in was challenging with the lock directions but the manager was responsive and gave us guidance. I would suggest that the building numbers be posted on the side of the building so they can be seen frim the parking lot. I had to search to locate our condo.

Great Get Away

The property was the perfect size for two people. The master bathroom was tiny, but with only two of us it wasn't a problem. We appreciated the abundance of towels...The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean.
