This was our favorite stay in the month we have been traveling in Italy! The home is pristine, the gorgeous grounds are meticoulsly manicured and accessed by an electronic gate lending to the feeling of both privacy and safety. The whole family came to greaet us and explained their home to us in detail. The trullo itself was wonderful and quite functional. The hosts left us an array of water, snacks, Italian breakfast, milk, juices and even butter and jams to enjoy which we very much appreciated. The bedroom was generous in size and had a separate exterior access so luggage would need to be brought down through the spiral staircase. The bed was even adorned with silk flower petals. This family clearly loves this beautiful home and went the extra distance to make it special for us during our stay. We whole hearted recommend this home!

We found the location via a rendezvous with the host and they led us to the quaint Trulli House in Albarabello. Our Google map did not work.We put in the name of the Trulli House and the location was accurate on Apple Maps. The house itself is tiny with a kitchen space and bathroom upstairs and the bedroom downstairs, a narrow spiral staircase. The pool was clean however, we visited in October and it was too cold out to use. The outdoor barbecue grill was nice and in great condition.Tiny refrigerator ( think college dorm fridge size). Two burner induction stove with all the pots and pans needed.Very clean and the hosts were incredibly responsive. My wife thought this home was darling. We would recommend this property.

A story book experience.

We had wanted to stay in a Trulli since our last trip to Italy. Villa Fransisca was perfect in every way. My only suggestion would be to mention the spiral stair case/ bedroom in your write up. It could cause problems.

Villa Fransisca

Fabulous Trulli just outside Alberobello. Spotlessly clean, well equiped and away from it all. Great base to explore but you need a car here as realistically too far out to walk into town. Nearest restaurant walkable but along busy road for a few hundred yards. Go if you want to be away from it all and in an idylic spot, which we did. Only minus for me was the bed was way too soft!

A lovely house for relaxation

We had an amazing stay at Villa Fransisca. The owners were very welcoming. The house was clean, well organised and fully equiped. It was a short car ride to the centre of Alberobello and the location was also a good base for visiting other places. The owners regularly contacted us to check if everything was okay and if they could help with something. They had many tips and recommendations for parking and restaurants. If you needed help with something, she also responded very quickly with an answer.

Wonderful Trullo Experience

Having spent 3 nights here we can say TRULY say that these hosts were wonderful. They were there for our our arrival and thoroughly explained all we would need to know during our stay. The house is just as it is shown in the online pictures, and everything is bright and clean. They kindly had the kitchen stocked with yogurts, cookies, cakes, jams, water, and juices. The location was very convenient to all areas of interest, and the home was very welcoming to return to after being out all day visiting nearby towns. If you are visiting this area and this home is available you will not be disappointed.

Great visit!

We had a wonderful visit to Alberobello and Villa Fransisca! What a lovely trullo it was. Very clean - and well appointed! It had everything we needed! We loved having breakfast at the outdoor table. The trullo is just outside the town - a short drive - very easy. The garden is so relaxing with seats in different spots (for shade or sun) and lots of plants/trees that are well manicured. Francesco, Silvia, & Francesca are wonderful hosts. We hope to return again! Grazie mille per tutto - a presto! 😍

Vacanza indimenticabile “trullo in love”♥️
