This property is ideally located on a quiet, non vehicular brick side street. Historic and completely renovated. Live among locals and enjoy dinner at several sidewalk restaurants and bars. Gelato and Crescent businesses along the 15 min walk to the Coloseum. Alessandra promptly responded to all inquiries. Rome is the busiest city I ever visited, however, this property is a welcome oasis to return to at the end of a busy day‼

We had a fabulous stay at this property. All the major attractions are an easy walk. For longer jonts, taxis and Ubers were very easy to get. There was plenty of shopping and dining options within a few minutes as well. The until was well finished and the communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to our questions and needs. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Rome. There are some stairs to navigate so make sure your well enough for those. Just one set to get in and another set for the second bedroom.

Amazing Rome Getaway

This property was great! We were able to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and many close dining places. It was clean, comfortable and everything in working order. I would absolutely recommend. Comfortable for 4 adults.

Incredible location and perfect for a family of four. We'd absolutely loved this place, the layout was excellent, beds were comfortable, the property was clean, and it was centrally located. So many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and within walking distance to the Colosseum and the train station. Alessandra was so helpful and answered all of our questions. Instructions were clear and she left a bunch of recommendations for the area. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Also, try the pizza at Trattoria Al Tettarello around the corner at the bottom of the stairs. Or grab a to go drink at Antigallery and sit outside with the locals in the little square. Not to be missed!

Almost perfect until place was robbed!

This apartment was beautiful, well maintained and perfect. The owner is very nice as well. But on our 3rd night, we went for gelato, dead bolted the door and returned to find out our baggage was ransacked and $1k in electronics and euros stolen. There are no cameras on this property like the other BNBs surrounding it. Either someone had a key or a code to get in. All windows were locked when we left and unlocked and open when we returned. Police came and agreed the only way in was the front door. I would have felt safer with cameras on front door like the other apartments surrounding this one. Owner did refund one night, but the experience will make me rethink how I rent VRBOs in the future.

I'm deeply sorry for what happened to Ariel and her husband, events like this one should not happen. I promptly changed all locks with increased security technology and I'm still engaged with the local police to ascertain the facts in order to prevent events like this ones in the future.

Alessandra is a great host from booking to checkout. Her home is quaint, secure, and clean. Things to consider if mobility is an issue for you; street is cobble stone and entrance is steep stairs to main living areas. Manageable though may not feel like it after exploring Rome by foot. Worth it. Washer and dryer worked well, water didn’t take long to get warm, beds were comfortable, and kitchenware stocked well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great experience

We arrived to meet our host and we were very surprised with the updated finishes and cleanness of the suite. The host walked us through the operations of the space as well as the alarm system usage that gave us a heighten sense of safety and security. I mistakenly left behind a pair of sunglasses and the host graciously took the time to coordinate the return of them. All in all this is a terrific location with walking distance to the Coliseum, Trevi fountain etc, not to mention so many resteraunts and shops....highly recomended!

Amazing Location

This apartment was just perfect for the 4 of us. Very spacious, convenient, and clean. My self and the other 3 who stayed with me had a great time staying here. Is very close to the Coliseum, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the most important the Termini train station. It was very easy to communicate with the person in charge of the rental. Super easy check inn and check out. I definitely recommend this location for your stay in Roma!
