Great location, close to the Collosium and plenty of restaurants. Beautiful terrace, spacious accommodation. Good communication and very helpful property manager. I would describe the apartment as rustic!

We loved the location! We need to be in netter shape for the stairs, but we enjoyed being right in the middle of great restaurants & shops.

Great stay in Rome!

Loved the layout and outdoor space and what was provided I’d really only like to post positive things but the mattress in the queen bedroom was terrible, I had to in another room. I would stay again if that was better.

Location is everything and this apartment was in the most perfect location. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The terrace was an added bonus. We were just a few blocks from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, but it was far enough away from the touristy areas. The Metro was nearby as well, which we took to get to the Vatican City. There were plenty of quaint restaurants and bars in the immediate area for any meal. In addition, there was a little grocery store just down the street. The only warning is the apartment is on the top floor and there’s no elevator. Lots of stairs, but that’s typical for Rome.

Perfect location and amenities

The apartment was the perfect location for walking to all of the major sites in Rome. It was very clean and modern with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Plenty of room and bed options for five of us traveling together. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace to enjoy the spring weather in Rome. Check-in was smooth and communication prompt and clear, they were waiting for us at the door when we arrived from the train station.

Great home in the heart of Monti! Clean, comfortable, and had an incredible outdoor space/balcony. The kitchen was stocked well. Perfect location, in a quaint neighborhood with great restaurants and shops nearby. The Colosseum was super close and within easy walking distance. Most of the beds were comfortable, aside from the primary bedroom being pretty firm. The stairs up to the home are intense (difficult if you have a lot of luggage or are not in shape), but so worth it to have the outdoor space. Would def recommend for families looking for a clean, comfortable spot in Rome.

Family Rome adventure

Apartment was great. Family of 5…could have easily had 1 more person. Location was fantastic. Easy to get to all the main points of interest either by walking or grabbing a cab. So many local restaurants to pick from away from the crowds made it nice. The owner and management company where so nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Dirty and broken

The property was very dirty. The dryer was broken and the whole property was quite out of order...random empty cans, bins, etc.

Hello , thank you for taking your time in writing a review. The clothes dryer is not listed as an apartment feature. We don't provide the dryer as you can see in the house description. Unfortunately we know that you had some problem in the apartment only from your review. We work hard to provide an high level of service and we can solve the issue once it occurs and when the client highlight it. We are always available . It would have been appreciated if we had known it before.

Fantastic experience!

The apartment was great, exactly as advertised! The AC was a saving Grace in the heat of Rome in August. The kids loved their single beds and the apartment was very spacious so plenty of room for them to play. The outdoor roof deck was a great bonus! …lovely for breakfast in the morning, space for the kids to run around and be loud, and perfect place for a glass of wine in the evenings for adults after the kids went to sleep. The three flights of stairs were tiring but even after long days walking miles around Rome in the heat our kids (4 and 6 yrs old) could handle it. Bathrooms and kitchen were basic but well-stocked and perfectly suited our needs. Overall, fantastic experience and I would highly recommend to families!

Great locatyy

Very nice apartment. FANTASTIC TERRACE! Nice decorations. Lots and lots of closet storage. Easily accomadates 5 people. Good bathrooms. Well equiped kitchen. Close to a small but good supermarket. Close to many of Rome's tourist sights. The people who run the property are very nice and helpful. They answered our emails fast and were there to let us in without us having to wait. The only thing that could be a little better is the air-conditioning. Rome is hot in the summer and even with the AC on 24/7 the apartment never got below 27C/80.6F. I would definitely go back but not in July or August because of the air-conditioning.

We stayed in August 2026. The host was great! The apartment had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Tons of great options within steps of the apartment. The outdoor terrace was nice, however it was too hot during our stay to make use of. The apartment is up some some flights of steps. This was not a problem for us. Due to the extreme heat during our stay, the apartment air conditioning was only able to maintain 80F. This actually felt cold upon entry into the unit from the stairwell. Wish it was cooler. We brought handheld fans with us for when we explored the city. We ended up using these to supplement the air conditioning while we slept. With these fans, we were able to sleep comfortably. Overall, a great stay!

Super Lage

Die Wohnung ist mit schöner Kunst ausgestattet, passt aber zum Rom Ambiente. Das absolute Plus ist die Lage!! Am Colosseum ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Dachterasse ist großartig, allerdings muss der inzwischen schwarze Sonnenschirm dringend ausgetauscht werden. Wer da drüber wegsehen kann, genießt eine fantastische Privatatmasphäre mitten in Rom! Die schöne Küche ist zum Spaghettikochen absolut geeignet und es gibt tolle frische Lebensmittel in Rom zu kaufen. Das einzig störende waren die Bettgestelle, die haben schon beim normalen Umdrehen so gekratzt, dass wir die Matratzen auf den Boden legen mussten.Für kleinere Kinder aber ok. Das große Elternschlafzimmer hatte dagegen einen tollen Schlafkomfort! Alles in allem unbedingte Weiterempfehlung!!!!
