Le Lake Dream est une maison luxueuse au bord du lac située dans la communaut�� privée Legacy Beach. Cette maison de 6 chambres �� coucher 6 salles de bain a tout ce que vous et vos invités pourraient demander dans une location de vacances. Se réveiller à seulement pieds des eaux cristallines de Bear Lake est difficile à battre et c'est ainsi que chaque matin de vos vacances va commencer. Le lac Dream peut accueillir jusqu'à 26 personnes confortablement et offre une intimité avec 2 suites principales. Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine à la fine pointe de la technologie avec tous les nouveaux appareils de freinage en acier inoxydable LG, ce qui rend la cuisine plus facile que jamais. Chaque salle de bains de cette maison est finie avec les carreaux les plus fins et tous ont un aspect et une sensation diff��rents. Le pont de l'étage vous offre une vue imprenable sur Bear Lake et offre une télévision en plein air pour la soirée de cin��ma avec la famille. Chaque chambre a son propre téléviseur et est équipée d'un sono pour que tout le monde puisse écouter leur choix de musique. Notre communauté de front de mer privée dispose d'un espace commun de pelouse merveilleux avec accès à notre plage de sable où vous et votre invit�� pouvez marcher directement sur la porte et être dans l'eau en quelques étapes seulement. L'accès au Legacy Beach Clubhouse, à la piscine et au spa est compris dans votre séjour. Le clubhouse offre un petit espace de travail équipé d’équipements de pointe et de poids libres. Notre piscine est unique en son genre, assise directement sur la digue surplombant le lac. Legacy Beach est un centre de services complet. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, nous nous en occupons pour vous. Inutile d'attendre dans les longues lignes de la marine pour lancer votre bateau, nous avons notre propre zone de lancement et serons heureux de vous faire entrer et sortir de l'eau. AMAZING HOME!

Gorgeous home. Very accommodating for large families except some dishes (coffee cups). Love the location right by the pool house and beach. Jarvis was great, so was VRBO host manager, Nick.

Perfect for a large family gathering

Spent thanksgiving with 25 family members, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. The home was incredible. The sleeping arrangements allowed for privacy for each family. The kitchen and dining area created a wonderful environment. More than enough space to make thanksgiving dinner. Sat in the hot tub, worked out in the gym, razor rides up the canyon, and watched plenty of football. Can’t wait to come back in the summer, or later in the winter to ski the Beav!

I would suggest no cloth on kitchen chairs and stools. They were quite dirty when we arrived, but that is just part of renting to so many people each week. Otherwise everything was so lovely. We would come back!

Great location and a great house

The property worked well for our group of 23, including 11 adults and 12 children. The eating area was large enough to handle all of us with plenty of prep space on the large island. With six bedrooms there were plenty of places for all to sleep. Being close to the water worked well so adults could easily take turns watching children while taking turns on the water. The beach area was small but the sand that was there was free of the rocks we found on the south shore beach while picking up a rental boat. The pool worked well but the hot tub was out of commission during our entire stay. Staff spent one afternoon moving the dock in response to dropping water levels so that impacted access to the water. Also, the resort is still under development so there was construction taking place during our stay. It didn't keep us from enjoying our stay. It may feel a little crowded in the future as the rest of the property is developed, especially the small beach area unless they have plans to expand it.

Best Bear Lake vacation spot

From booking to departure this place is top notch!! Nick is extremely responsive and helpful. The house is spotless. The booking says it sleeps 28 people. It absolutely accommodates that many. It’s spacious and has plenty of beds and seating. We had all ages and never felt crowded. Thanks again to Nick for making our stay so nice. We will be back!!!

Great!

We had a large group with 5 of our children and spouses and many grandchildren from infants to age 14. We all loved the home, location, and amenities. A few things that may be helpful to know is that there is only one frig. It was adequate for our group because we had some food catered but you should plan on utilizing coolers if you are bringing all of your own food for a large group for several days. Also the home as pictured gives the impression it is all alone. It is actually part of a group of homes/condos close to each other. It worked fine for us but the picture is somewhat misleading. We loved the easy access to the pool and lake. It was wonderful to have both options so readily available. This home is right next to the pool and the gate is sometimes left open by those using the pool so care is needed with toddlers, as well as the lake close by with older kids coming and going from the house. Also on the upstairs deck the railing is such that it invites children to climb up the rails, push high patio chairs to the edge and look over. We had to lock the door to the deck because of all of our you g children. It would be helpful to do that before all of the group starts exploring the house.

Of all our large family vacations, this was our favorite because of the accommodations. The large new house was comfortable and well furnished and the beach side location was perfect for every activity. Everyone loved the swimming pool and the large room inside for family gatherings.

absolutely perfect for our family reunion

we had a great time. The house is immaculate, there is plenty of space. We had 7 families and kids up there and we were never crowded. Everything worked great. Nick was great to help and launch our boat and wave runners. It is so much nicer than dealing with going to the ramp and the crowds. The setup is really great because with the pool, the little kids can swim, and other kids be taking a nap inside and then the grass area is great. The only complaint would be that the mud to walk to the water isn’t fun, but I bet there is a floating dock that is in the works. It is beautiful, and we will book again in the future. Great location and great service.

Beautiful house for a family vacation!

Great waterfront location created a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Nick, the property manager, was extremely helpful. He had a ramp built within minutes of us arriving to make the house disabled access.

Wonderful family reunion spot on the water!

This is an amazing property to gather family and friends for relaxing and fun-filled time together on beautiful Bear Lake! This house was perfect for our group of 21 with room to grow if needed! Property Manager, Nick was great to work with and so helpful where to find the local hidden gems unknown to non-locals. Big Thanks to Nick for our fun time over the 4th of July with our very own fireworks right in front of the house. We loved it. Our son is an amazing cook and this kitchen was a dream with room for the rest of us helping out. Lots of room to eat as a family inside and out! We would definitely consider this property again in the future for our family reunions! Thanks again Nick for everything!
