Located in the Legacy Beach Resort in Garden City, Sunny Shores offers Lakefront living at it's finest. Enjoy the lakefront views from your private patio and the short walk to the clubhouse, swimming pool & hot tub.

Sunny Shores at Legacy Beach Resort is a breathtaking 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home. Enjoy the morning sunrise from your private deck facing the beautiful waters of Bear Lake and continue the day enjoying the Legacy Beach amenities which include a gym, swimming pool (seasonal), and a hot tub.



Sunny Shores has a wonderful floor plan designed with vacationers in mind. The main floor of the home is where you will find the spacious open living room and kitchen which was designed for large gatherings and entertaining our guests. There is one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms located on the main level. There is a master suite with a king bed, futon couch and a private bathroom.



The upstairs has 3 bedrooms. This is where you'll enjoy talks on the deck overlooking the lake or just relaxing on the comfortable couches. One room has a king bed, a futon couch, with a private bath and lake views and 2 other premium rooms both with a 2 queen beds in each one.



In the Basement you will find the final 2 rooms. One room with 2 twin over full bunks and the other with 3 twin over twin bunks designed for small kids up to teens.

During the winter months bundle up and head to the Beaver Mountain ski resort located just 15 minutes from town. Along with endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. No matter the season there is always something to do and enjoy here in Bear Lake!
