This elegant and rustic lodge offers plenty more than just a place to lay your head. You'll find a large gathering area with plenty of entertainment options indoors. This home is also great for large outdoor gatherings, with a large grassy area, pickleball/ basketball court, hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The state marina is just two miles north of this home, and it's only one block from restaurants, shopping, and a beach entrance.

Host was great and communicated well with us. The home is perfect for a large group of people. We had plenty of space to gather and lots of beds for many to sleep comfortably. We had some issues with the wifi not working. They have offered to give us a discount on our next stay as compensation.

Garden City-Bear Lake

Large family gathering and the space was perfect for us. It right in the heart of the city within walking distance to many restaurants and local attractions. However, it is very quiet and private since 3 sides are basically fields and open spaces. The host was excellent to work with.

Perfect for large groups

It's surprisingly difficult to find vacation rentals with large group gathering spaces, especially enough space to eat a meal together. I primarily picked this place for this reason and was very happy with my choice. Not only did it have a good eating space for a large group, but also a good relaxing space. I highly recommend if this is an important feature for you.

Amazing!

Amazing experience! The house was very clean and the property manager was very nice. They extended our checkout by two hours for no extra cost. I highly recommend staying here!

Family Trip

The stay was enjoyable, although there were some things we wished were different. The photos make it seem secluded, which it is not. It was ok though. The pictures show three tables in the kitchen area, which was a selling point for us, as we were a larger group. But it is not how the setup is. So we were a little disappointed that we were not all able to eat in the same area. But we made do. The cleanliness was ok, there's some things that could have been better. But overall, not a bad place, and we still enjoyed ourselves.

Beaver MTN Ski getaway house

We had a lovely time at the house in garden city. We skied at Beaver MTN every day, and while the road to get there was iffy (sometimes they require chains and we had to watch the dot website), it was pretty easy access to the slopes! The town itself was quiet but the key restaurants were still open and quaint. The house was perfect for our small children. It had toys, books, stuffed animals, etc! We had a water leak issue that the host communicated about immediately. There’s not a coffee pot, so we had to bring our own things. We had to leave a day early because a snowstorm was coming and we had an early flight out of salt lake due to expected road conditions through Logan. We’d stay here again!

Nice home in a quiet part of town.

Very nice place to stay with lots of extras. On arrival we noticed one air conditioning unit was not functioning. With one phone call to the host contact, the unit was quickly replaced. Ample space for a large family and friends. Garage was converted to a large gathering area. Very nice. Enjoyed playing pickle ball outside and even roasted a marshmallow or two in the fire pit. Was nice to have two refrigerators. You get a “A” from our family.

Great for large group with kids

The house was perfect for our family reunion. We had 12 adults and 13 children ranging from 8 months to 18 years old. The upstairs had a great area for the kids (cousins) to sleep, play, and enjoy each other’s company. There are 4 bunk beds in the common area upstairs with 2 bedrooms that exit out into this area. One of the rooms had 3 queen beds where we put our older girl cousins. The younger kids shared the bunk beds, and our oldest had her own room. There were 3 other bedrooms upstairs that 3 of the couples used, as well as 3 more downstairs for the other 3 couples. It was a perfect design for our family, and the kids really enjoyed the pool table, foosball, and just running around and playing. Our only “complaint” if you will was the outdoor space appeared to be even larger in the photos. It would have been nice if the lawn had been mowed/trimmed, and one of the bushes by the front door had also been trimmed before our arrival. The kids didn’t play outdoors much due to the tall grass. They did enjoy the hot tub though. Minor details, and I am sure the lawn will get mowed during the summer. We stayed in mid June, so it could have been early in the season before the landscapers come through. We were about 25 minutes from north beach in Idaho, which we went to twice during the week and it was perfect. The house is also within a short walking distance of many of the famous raspberry shake places (Zipz and La Beaus were our favorites).Host was quick to respond to messages
