Great apartment in a great location! On a pretty and quiet square, but only a few moments walk to the main waterway. Plenty of restaurants and shops in short walking distance. Apartment was clean and comfortable and management was very responsive with any questions. I would stay here again if I am lucky enough to return.

Wonderful - stay here!

Great location on both square & canal. Off the beaten track in more of a residential area which felt more authentic. The property is lovely - spacious & clean with good decor. A bathroom per bedroom was a definite bonus.

Highly recommend. The property is modern, clean, well appointed and well located. The host was very responsive. Check-in was very smooth; she arranged a water taxi coming and leaving. The location is excellent as it is 15 minutes from St. Mark’s and is in a quiet area close to good waterfront restaurants. Definitely go to Osteria Al Squero nearby, which has great cicchetti and a view of a working gondola manufacturing shop.

Best Place to Stay in Venice!

In my opinion, without question, the best place to stay in Venice. Accommodations that were even better than the beautiful pictures and description. A sense of pride by the owners in every way. The ideal location, on a square with gondola/canal views on 2 sides as well as a church, students studying, Venetians having lunch. Didn’t have to leave our VRVO to experience the life of the Venetians. A+ Rating!

Great neighborhood

We loved the apartment. We used the main first floor apt and the studio on the ground floor for our group. It was clean, tasteful and very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood- it gave us a chance to explore neighborhoods that we had not seen on previous trips to Venice. Easy access to San Marcos neighborhood via the wood Academia Bridge. The Dosodoro neighborhood was charming in itself. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place

New, slick, clean, roomy, excellent. The place is close to transportation from either Zattere or Academia. Everything is easily reachable. The general atmosphere of the place is new, clean and white. There is no microwave which we had expected from the listing, and which we really needed. The place is also really two apartments, only connected by the central stairwell with two separate keys. We wish we could have rented just the upstairs apartment, with three bedrooms and three baths, but it was not offered that way. The rules on trash (Venice rules) are difficult. The counter space is very limited and the kitchen storage is a little difficult with the cabinet doors opening in an odd direction. The manager is helpful and friendly. We had a great stay in Venice.
