Charming apartment on the third floor of a building served by an elevator.

This accommodation is the perfect fusion of typical Venetian style and the convenience of modern times; it consists of a large and very bright living room furnished with television, sofas, dining table and open kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and toaster, all embellished by large and elegant windows leading to a splendid small balcony.

The sleeping area is divided into no less than three bedrooms, three with a queen-size bed each and a last one with two single beds. Finally, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, complete the layout of the apartment.



*Key collection is possible from 15:00 at Rio TerĂ  Sant'Andrea, Santa Croce, 460, 30135, Venice. Check-in instructions will be communicated to guests only after completing the online registration of identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax via a payment link sent a few days before arrival.



Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "BĂ caro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

Brief, but wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic time in Venice. The apartment is off an open square with gelato, shops and cafes abound. It was hot and humid in Venice, so we were grateful for the functional AC units. Only about five minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Loved the room, old world style, air in all rooms but the corner room. Nicely updated. I would stay there again. The cafe next door open very late and good in morning, food is good enough. This place is close to everything.

Nice place in a good location. Missing a few amenities - kitchen towels, bowls, universal coffee maker, blankets, extra pillows. Maybe we could have asked for these things, but they weren’t there. Would stay again.

Great location and large rooms

This house was in a great location on a small piazza near realto Mercado. Easy walk to any location in Venice. You are just minutes to everything, including the water taxi. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooms were very large. Air conditioning worked great. Amazing views off of the balcony of the canal. Would definitely recommend this house for a large family.

Family trip to Venice

We loved the location and the spaciousness of the apartment. It is a beautiful older building overlooking a canal and restaurants. Our only issue was difficulty getting in as the initial keys did not work well, but the rental company did bring over new keys when requested. Serena was very helpful and good communication beforehand.

Awesome location and nice accommodations

We loved the location of this apartment. The restaurant located next door was awesome and the apartment was close to most things. The kitchen was well stocked and the property manager provided excellent instructions. The interior was a little dated but what you would expect for a Venice apartment. My only complaint was that the second bathroom was small and not connected to the other bedroomsb requiring you to walk through the living room.

Venice Experience

The apt is beautiful!! The location was excellent! Everything about the process - except the check-in process which was terribly inconvenient & expensive with a private water taxi going first to one place and then across town to another before we got to our destination. That’s really a Venice issue not so much the fault of the apartment owners!! Believe me, everywhere people were dragging suitcases from one place to another!

It is a bit of a walk from the drop off area, carrying luggage up over bridges is a little difficult, and the directions are a little confusing when you are used to a lot of street signs, but the walk is amazing when going through this historic area. The outside of the building is very old looking, but everything there is old looking (and fabulous). Entering the building it did smell a little stale. We weren't sure how to use the lights, but did figure out that all the hall switches turn on the hall lights, but they are timed to go off, so turn them on as you go up the stairs. There is an elevator, but it is very small. It was very helpful in getting luggage up. The door to the apartment was a little difficult to get open, but we called the number with the directions and they were very helpful. Opening the apartment door was like walking into a different world. This is a very old building, but very well cared for apartment. It had modern living room, kitchen and bathrooms, but the rest looked like it must have 100 years ago. We were mesmerized by the high ceilings, and other decorations. It had everything we could need for cooking, but we didn't use any of it, since there are so many options for food within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for experience, this is the place. There was plenty of space for 7 people to stay comfortably. It was like being back in time, with modern convenience. Right next to shopping.
