Spacious and elegant apartment in San Samuele in the San Marco district, near Palazzo Grassi.



A single flight of stairs leads to this recently renovated property of classic taste with antique and modern furniture.



An excellent solution for those who want to experience the center of the ancient city, taking advantage of large spaces and an elegant and quiet residential area.



In the 130 square meters of the apartment there are 3 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, living room and kitchen.



Nearby the main points of interest Piazza San Marco, Rialto, Accademia.

The apartment is located in the most famous district of San Marco, the heart of historic Venice and a prestigious residential area.

The property was is a good location and clean. I would not describe it as a luxury apartment. The sofa and chairs in the main room had been covered with throws as the furniture underneath was worn and stained. While it lists the property as air conditioned be aware that one of the bedrooms is not and just has a fan. While the location was good,the apartment was clean, and the host was easy to communicate with we will stay somewhere else next time.

Quiet, perfect location to explore

Great location to access all of Venice. Not far from Vapporetto stop, small shops and all kinds of food options. Management company was wonderfully helpful, providing as much support and information as anyone could need. Would stay again.

Fantastic place to stay!

Palazzo San Samuele was a great location for my family's recent visit to Venice. Plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for five adults to stay comfortably, located perfectly on a quiet street with easy access to all the sites we wanted to visit. There is even a cafe just around the corner for morning coffee. Elisa made check-in and check-out very easy, and was helpful answering questions throughout our stay. Absolutely recommend this property!

Best Location

Second time we have stayed. Apt is large and location is great. 6 or 7 restaurants a block away including one downstairs. Out of main tourist areas but convenient to St Marco and Rialto. Local shops in the area. Gelato on the corner. AC and firm beds!

Venice Vacation

Location was amazing and host was very easy to work with and made the stay a memorable one. Easy walking distance to all the main tourist sites and water taxi. AC was great and much needed during the heat wave. Having a washing machine on site was also welcomed and a bonus. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay and if ever back in Venice would rent again!

To celebrate my 80th birthday, we traveled from Canada to Venice. Our stay was outstanding from start to finish. We were greet by the host’s representative, given complete information about the apartment and the neighborhood. Her recommendations for restaurants, shopping and sight seeing were top notch. Large apartment in great location

This was a very generously sized apartment in a very convenient location. It was very easy to walk or take the water bus to wherever we wanted to go. We even took a gondola across to the other side of the Grand Canal! The check in process was efficient and the host very welcoming. There were loads of lovely cafes, restaurants and gelaterias nearby.

Beautiful apartment

My family of five, including my 85 year old mother stayed here for 3 nights in November. We had a great time! Good location to see several major sights, walked to a wonderful violin concert - Interpretti Veneziani (if you like classical music, this will not disappoint), ate our best meal at Ristorante Sant'Angelo, walking distance, bought Jewlery from artist across the street and bought croissants from patisserie on the corner. Andrea was so easy to work with and he met us while we were walking to the apartment. We would love to stay here again. Everything was clean and kitchen well appointed!

Beautiful apartment in a good location

The host was excellent at communication. The apartment was as listed and very clean and stocked well. The bedrooms and furniture were lovely. 3 good size bedrooms that easily sleeps 6. AC was good. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. My only issue was the washer cannot actually be connected to any of the faucets. They look newer and the hose from the machine needs to be connected with a threaded piece but the faucet did not have it. We were able to use the neighbors in the stairwell though which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Venice Apartment

We stayed here as a family (2 parents, 4 teenagers 14-19) for a week. The location is superb for all areas of Venice, with outstanding local restaurants and cafes nearby. Our arrival arrangements were smooth and friendly. The Apartment is an ideal base for visiting the main areas, and I would recommend eating out and just having basics in for breakfast - there are facilities for cooking, but these are geared to more straight forward catering - and why would you with such amazing food on the doorstep. We had help from the hosts to locate the nearest supermarket (half way to the Rialto bridge) which was a 5 minute walk away - the supermarket was modern and well stocked with fresh bread everyday. The help from the hosts was very good including lots of useful information via a bespoke website! Get to understand how the rubbish collection and recycling work as this has a strict rota set by the city and fines for not complying. We had one of our best holidays at the apartment and would recommend it to anyone with family or friends. Note that 1 bedroom has an ensuite (master) and the other two double rooms have bathrooms nearby.

Great weekend in Venice
