Three couples on a tour of Italy very much enjoyed our stay at Alberta's palazzo. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and in a fantastic location. The three large bedrooms were comfortable and well laid out with nice furnishings. Alberta was a pleasure to interact with, very kind and friendly. I loved our stay in Venice and can't wait to return. Grazie Mille!

Our family just returned from a 3 night stay at this property and it was perfect for us. The host even arranged for a pack and play and high chair for our 1 year old granddaughter. Nice bedrooms with ensuites and lots of communal space for everyone. Clean with a well equipped kitchen. It's located right on the Grand Canal so quick and easy access to all the sights of Venice, with many very good bars and restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect for our group of 9! There was plenty of space for us to spread out, which has been hard for us to find in the past in Venice. Alberta was fantastic! She made everything go so smoothly and was very quick to respond. This was our second time staying in one of her properties but the first time in this property and the location can't be beat. We would definitely plan to stay here next time we're back in Venice. We highly recommend booking a private water taxi to/from the apartment. Alberta gave us a recommendation of who to book and the experience is incredible.

A great stay , beautiful accommodations and location! We absolutely would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice! So close to transportation, restaurants and historical sites made it so easy to enjoy Venice.

The location and property are A, a total wow. Beautiful bedrooms and great bathrooms. Alberta made us so comfortable on arrival; all the info we needed, and met us right as we arrived, even though we were having transportation issues resulting in multiple delays. If all baths having showers is important to you, know that one bath (the primary bathroom) just has a tub with spray nozel. We found it relaxing and not a problem at all. Good wifi. Nice TV with an HDMI cord so we could easily watch a show from our laptop. Wonderful property, super helpful owner, and a prime Venice location - we loved it.

Loved Ca Navagero!

Alberta was a lovely host and the apartment was perfect for the 6 of us. The place is so peaceful and quiet, the beds comfortable, the showers large, just a wonderful overall experience!

Simply amazing apartment and Alberta was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and Alberta met us in person both times to make sure that everything is good. Fully enjoyed our stay so would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this property. Everything about it was top notch. Location was perfect with easy access to water taxis, major attractions and wonderful restaurants. Alberta was wonderful in meeting us at property, explaining everything about it, giving us information on restaurants close by, and holding our hands on water taxi schedules.

This place was perfect for our family of 6. Location was excellent and it was very spacious. Probably one of the best apartments you can get in Venice. Only minor complaint is the mattresses could be upgraded.

The host was helpful and very responsive.. The location of the property is outstanding with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Boat from airport drops you off within easy walking distance to location. Great option for three couples traveling together or family.

Perfect spot in Venice

This apartment more than met our expectations. Our hostess was communicative and very friendly. Location is close to 3 docks for easy water taxi transfers, but the property is quiet and serene. 7minute walk to St. Marks, and many nice restaurants around the corner.

This place was our most favorite place during our visit to Italy. It was in a great location to everything. Alberta had a great list of restaurants and showed us a map for several great spots. She was so easy to communicate with. Her place is very well decorated. It was almost like being at home.

Look no further

This apartment is absolutely perfect - in addition to the furnishings, layout and quiet location off a busy plaza - the proximity to water bus, shopping, great gelato (Gelato Fantasy) and also food stores (we cooked and kitchen was fantastic) could not be beat. Alberta is wonderful as well. I hope to go back we loved it so much.

European travels

We had a wonderful time in your city, accomodations, exceptional. Alberta met us at door. She gave us some good information about getting around the city. We stayed 3 nights after being in Normandy and Taliuse France and the Amolfi coast in Sorrento and in Floence . We all agreed this was one of the nicest. Would definitely stay there again if return.

Perfect Place for Family

This was our second time in Venice and by far our favorite place to stay. The location is perfect Just a short walk from St. Mark's Square and right on the waterfront. The apartment is above a glass factory (which is cool, not disruptive), and looks into a beautiful courtyard. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We would recommend this to others and will plan on staying here on our next trip to Venice.
