There is a spacious master bedroom that faces the Grand Canal with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom that is connected through a corridor to the third smaller bedroom equipped with bunk beds and en-suite bathroom, a fourth bedroom with king size bed served by a fourth bathroom toward the back of the house, a fifth bedroom with single bed. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner induction stoves, oven, kettle, Italian and American coffee maker and every possible electrical appliance.

This exclusive apartment is laid-out on almost 400 square meters, granting full privacy and comfort to 6 people but it can host up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The rental fee quoted on the apartment page is for maximum 6 people, whereas a 10% surcharge will be applied for each guest above the 6th. We can offer a 10% price reduction if no more than 2 guests stay at this property.

Additional Rules & Information



• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.



• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.



• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page



• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.



• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.



• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.



• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.



• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.



• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
