we could not believe how wonderful this place is - right in the centre of the action on the grand canal - beautifully decorated and just perfect for a large group to stay - we could not recommend highly enough!

Perfect Location

6 of us were in Venice for carnival and this property was perfect for us. Such a beautiful apartment in an absolutely ideal location. The private boat landing was so convenient for airport transfers and water taxis to/from the balls. The beds were very comfortable and management was extremely helpful and responsive. We would stay again

Amazing Place

Family of 7, all adults had the most wonderful time. The pictures do not even do it justice. From the water taxi to the back door to the views of the grand canal from the master bedroom and private deck to the private outdoor courtyard, every aspect of this amazing palace exceeded our expectations. 5 stars - would recommend staying here to anyone headed to Venice.

Fantastic Stay

What a special property - the view of the canal alone was worth it. Stone’s throw from some of the nicest hotels in Venice. Such a unique way to experience Venice. Host was super helpful leading up to and during the stay as a concierge (water taxis, dinner reservations, etc). The caretaker for the house is great. Beds were comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. 10/10.

Fantastic apartment

Everything about this apartment was perfect, exactly as described on VRBO. The agents were extremely helpful with setting up restaurant reservations before our arrival, booking taxis to and from the airport, and setting up a chef to cook one night for us. It is a special place with amazing views and an outdoor terrace! A

This apartment had all we needed. It was in a very central location. Everything about staying here, checking in, checking out was all easy. It’s very convenient for people that might struggle with luggage. We had a water Taxi drop us off right at the apartment. Lots of other people were hauling suitcases through the town.

See the best of Venice as a local

We had the same view as the Gritti palace and Harry's Bar at the fraction of the price with our own kitchen, family room and washing machine! And, a private overwater terrace. Highly recommended!!

So stunning we could hardly bring ourselves to explore the rat of Venice!

A One-of-a-kind way to experience Venice!!

The property is BEAUTIFUL, and the access/view of the Grand Canal makes it VERY SPECIAL. With 5 bedrooms, the property is quite large and very comfortable for my wife and I + our 2 adult children. We could have easier accommodated more guests. In addition the private balcony and pier/water taxi access, the location is beautiful and very convenient/walkable to Piazza San Marco, etc. Lastly, the Truly Venice staff was great. The check-in was easy and welcoming. Overall, a TRULY WONDERFUL experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
