18e maison en pierre siècle dans la belle vallée de l'Usk

Construit dans les années 1800, ce gîte a été restauré et agrandi pour fournir un hébergement de haut standing.
Une chambre double, une chambre à deux lits avec grands lits simples et lit Voyage. Douche / WC au rez de chaussée. Tous les draps, serviettes, etc., incluses. TV / DVD et Wi-Fi. La propriété a conservé son caractère ancien incorporant un escalier en colimaçon en pierre qui peut se avérer difficile pour les personnes âgées et les très jeunes. Les animaux sont acceptés par arrangement préalable avec les propriétaires, mais ne pas être laissés sans surveillance. Propre allée au chalet avec un grand parking sécurisé. installations pour barbecue disponibles. Jacuzzi privé situé dans le jardin, disponible sur demande entre 10h et 21h30

We stayed for 2 nights for the New port Marathon, our host were friendly, and only too happy to help. The cottage is lovely with a log burner to keep it warm and everything you need in the kitchen. The views were fantastic and I would happily stay here again.The stairs are quite steep to the bedrooms but that was not a bother for us. :-)

We had a really great stay at the stone cottage, all amenities were available, it was clean, and comfortable. We would happily stay here again amd again, and the hosts were fantastic, even making sure the log burner was lit and the place warmed up for us before we arrived. Idyllic get away.

We had a wonderful short stay at Forest cottage. Very friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel very welcome. The cottage had everything we could possibly need and with the log fire burning made for a very comfortable and cosy stay - we really didn’t want to leave! Set in a beautiful and peaceful location we will definitely return.

Cosy and quiet cottage

The cottage had everything we needed it was clean and tidy and the hot tub is a great bonus. Lots of walks right from the door our dogs had an amazing time. Janet and Michael were great supplying us with plenty of wood for log burner and telling us about local walks.

Cosy cottage in rolling hills

We had a fantastic couple of days here, the cottage was really cosy and the wood burning stove was great. Nestled in the edge of a woodland with views across the hills the cottage has the feeling of getting away from it all despite being at the end of the owners garden and only 10minute drive to usk.

So cosy and quiet

Such a cute little cottage, especially loved the inquisitive chickens and the log burner fire. It had everything we needed and the owners were lovely and friendly. Definitely plan ok coming back again and will recommend Forest cottage to friends and family. Only grumble is that we didn’t stay longer!
