Opera Chic is a two bedroom apartment located only few minutes away from the Opera Garnier, les Grands Magasins...Its location is perfect as you can discover Paris by walking or by taking the metro ou buses as there are several metro and bus lines close to it.

The owner of the apartment wishes her guests to have an amazing stay in Paris. This property is really a treasure. It has an open kitchen/living room area, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed) and one bathroom. Many windows so it is a bright property.

It is perfectly equipped (wifi, tv, dishwasher, washing machine...) and the street where the apartment is has a lot of shops, bars, restaurants, markets...

If you want to live like a Parisian for few days, a week or a month, Opera Chic is the place for you!

Plus as we are a professional rental agency (Feels Like Home in Paris), we greet you in person when you arrive, the apartment has been cleaned and prepared for you with a professional cleaning company, we provide you with a full welcome basket and there is someone on call 7 days a week. week end de PĂąques en famille!

La communication avec l’hĂŽtesse a Ă©tĂ© rapide et fiable. Elle nous a accueillie avec un petit panier de bienvenue, belle touche! Quartier un peu Ă©loignĂ© des sites clĂ©s si vous voulez vous y rendre en marchant. Par contre, le mĂ©tro Peletier est Ă  un coin de rue. Nos nuits Ă©taient peu reposantes vues les bruits de fĂȘte dans l’édifice et dans les bars avoisinants.

We stay in Paris every couple of years and always stay in a different neighbourhood. Loved this location, felt at home instantly.

Lively, lovely Montmartre

We stayed in this comfortable, well-appointed flat for about 3 weeks. It is an ideal location: walkable to most of Paris' tourist attractions; close to every possible shop you could need - butcher, fishmonger, baker, vegetables, cheese, wine, plus a convenient little grocery store; lots of good restaurants, in a real Paris neighbourhood. There are some disadvantages that come with an urban location: garbage pick-up early in the morning, and club-goers late at night on the weekends; but such is city life, and didn't detract from our enjoyment. The bed is comfortable, and it was great to have a washing machine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. our stay.

Second bedroom non existing. the bed was so bad that we can not use it and my coworker and I had to share the main bed. The bed was old and not comfortable. Pictures are touched up. We had to stay as it was fashion week and not else was available!

Pretty good except for one thing...

This apartment has a great location, was VERY clean, and had almost everything we needed to live comfortably for several days in Paris. The exception was the bed in the second bedroom. It was a small "double" bed and appeared to be on a cot type frame, not a proper bed frame. It was impossible for two adults to sleep in the bed. I feel that advertising the apartment as sleeping four adults is rather misleading. The pillows were also practically non-existent they were so thin and made for some uncomfortable sleeping. You should still stay here - just pack some pillows and plan to only have one adult (or two children) sleep in the second bedroom.

Good location but dirty, run down and noisy.

Good location and the apartment has the space, equipment/appliances needed for a short stay. Communication with the apartment manager was very good and helpful. She was there to greet us and explain how things worked. She did seem to make a good effort to make the place welcoming, which included leaving chocolates and a bottle of wine. That was appreciated. But the place was old, run down and terribly dirty. The bathroom especially, where there was lots of mold in the shower, the toilet had not been cleaned properly and all corners dusty and dirty. The bed in the main bedroom smelled so bad I had to put towels on top of the sheet to be able to fall asleep. The second bedroom smelled musty. The place needs a good disinfecting and fixing. So this stay was quite expensive for what we got.

Perfect location

I am so glad we picked this property! It was really in a wonderful area of the city, with shops and restaurants right around us that we found were our favorite after visiting other areas of the city. It's easy to get to the major attractions by walking, bus, metro or an uber. The property was well appointed and warm! Really beautiful bathroom and kitchen, and very nice appointments in the kitchen. You could prepare meals easily. Stephanie was so kind, replied quickly to all of my messages, and was there to greet us when we arrived. It made our stay in Paris wonderful!

Great apartment in a great location

This was a great apartment to stay in the heart of Paris. Easy access to two metro stops, a grocery downstairs, good local restaurants, it was awesome. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Two bedrooms gave space for the adults and the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed. The building was mostly quiet (there's street noise, but it's Paris!) and the neighbors we encountered were friendly. Stephanie and her team made the check in process easy and quickly answered questions we had during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay, highly recommend!

We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and Stephanie was quick to resolve it. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great. Very close to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, etc. I would stay here again. Thanks Stephanie!

For the visitor who understands European city life

I know Paris very well I speak excellent French. I got what I needed from this apartment. I had not expected the manager or owner to become irrationally angered by my very polite responses I informed her repeatedly we would arrive by car and would need advice on parking Would we be able to park outside the building long enough to unload. Finally when we were about thirty miles away she replied that she knew nothing about parking and then left for home leaving the keys with a charming young woman who spoke English not French greeted us the curb helped with luggage and told us of the public parking garage just around the corner future renters should note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is only a luggage elevator for one floor. The bathroom shower is wall in and good for a senior citizen like myself. The quarter has everything within a block.

Fantastic experience!

We really loved our stay here, we had 3 adults and 1 teen and this was a fantastic spot. Super close to a metro stop, wonderful bakery and lots of restaurants close by. It is a bit of a walk to all of the major tourist spots, but all of those are far apart from each other. My advice is to stay in a place like this with a great neighborhood and metro everywhere! Checkin process and communication was stellar as well, highly recommend! Place was clean and not too noisy to sleep either. For folks used to American sizes - there was one room with an American double bed - easily slept myself and my teen and then a queen in the other bedroom. Not a ton of sitting spaces though.

Fantastic location

So many remarkable restaurants and much action in the area. Walking distance to so much, and if you are going further out, a Metro stop right there for easy access to everything. The larger bedroom facing the street received a lot of noise in the night, as there is a substantial amount of action on the street and this is on the 1st floor (2nd in American terms). Be sure to be able to carry your own luggage up a short flight before putting it in the elevator. Nice grocery practically next door. Enjoy!
