Birmingham Stay

This jewel of a property is just inside of Birmingham. It would be a long walk to downtown, but it's possible. It is nicely furnished, well appointed, and spotlessly maintained. The owner has taken care to stock the home with thoughtful products. This is more of a chic adult spot, but it could accommodate children. You can park in the driveway or garage. There seems to be a lot of young adults in the area in well maintained properties. Many thanks to our host for sharing her home.

Fabulous property

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for a week. The owner was terrific and everything was even better than expected. Super comfy bed, lovely large TVs, wonderful kitchen appliances and accessories, and a very quiet location that is convenient to downtown Birmingham.

Easy and delightful from start to finish. We had to shift our travel by a day and were kindly accommodated. Home was perfect for our needs: remote work and school for a few days, then our own space while we were in the area to visit family. Hosts have anticipated many details. Home is very clean and tastefully decorated. Space to relax and a full kitchen which we put to use while we were there. Any questions were quickly responded. Nice neighborhood, we walked and ran with no worries. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic location and property

Check is was easy, the place was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. Love this part of town and we purposely look for properties around here when we visit. If you are from out of town, you absolutely must go to Cannelle Patisserie for a latte and an almond croissant. It will not disappoint, I promise. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Super Cozy & Clean Home Away From Home

It was a treat to stay in this lovely home. The linens, the inside of the refrigerator, the crumb tray in the toaster oven, the basement, everything is clean. This was the first thing that put me at ease right away. The furnishings are not only nice to look at but comfortable too, including the beds! The WiFi works well, the kitchen is well-equipped, the hot water and the house heater worked well (being there in the middle of MIchigan winter, these are important things). I would not hesitate to book this home again. Thank you for such a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Safe and gorgeous location and home

This home is so beautiful inside and out. I felt so safe in this immaculate neighborhood . The house had everything we needed. Cozy beds and bedding and towels, everything you would need for a kitchen and laundry, wifi and good TVs. The two bedrooms upstairs are similar in size and have I believe queen size beds. There is a den downstairs that does not have a door but it does have a pull out bed. This house is perfect for families with 3 or 4 kids. It does only ha e one shower upstairs which isnt a problem if you spread out showering times. The host is quick to respond and very sweet. If you want to stay in a safe location this is it. It's also a mile walk to downtown shopping and 3 blocks from a pancake house. Prime location

Beautiful home and neighborhood

We were in-between homes and were so lucky to find this house, which felt like home! Comfortable and clean house. So many parks nearby for our small child to play in, and walking distance to downtown Birmingham's great shopping and restaurants.

Home away from home

My wife and I stayed in Carol's house for two months. It truly felt like home to us. Clean, well appointed, spacious and comfortable is how I would describe the house in general. We stayed during February and March so didn't get to use the back yard, but I would return in summer months to do so. My wife and I both work remotely so having work space is important to use. The third bedroom/office was perfect. We also cook a lot so a nice kitchen with good appliances and equipment are also important. We had everything we needed and more. The location was stellar. We walked to downtown Birmingham several times, even in winter. Finally, the host is a major part of the experience. They can make or break the way you feel about staying somewhere. I'm happy to say that Carol was stellar. She was readily available if we had a question or needed something. I highly recommend staying here.

THis is an adorable house in a great location. My family enjoyed staying while in town for the thanksgiving holiday. Close to a beautiful park that my children enjoyed playing at. It was well stocked with everything we needed including soap, laundry detergent and paper products. Most importantly it was emaculate!!! We would definitely stay again.

This is the nicest house on the market. It's prime west of Woodward, Lincoln area makes it a true down town Birmingham walkable house. It's located on a quiet street, in a very upscale neighborhood with lots of families. It also is not a through street so traffic is light. There are two parks on both blocks at either end of the street. The house is decorated to the 9s, it's amazing.
