Family vacation

This was a great property to take whole family along. Plenty of games for the kids as well as plenty of space for the adults to relax. The pool was wonderful to keep the kids happy as well as the close proximity of the beach.

Love the House

My family and I truly enjoyed the house and pool. We love the area. Vacation there every year. There is a new house built next door on the beach side that isn't shown in the pics. We would stay there again, if available next summer.

Excellent Vacation Home

This property has everything a family could want for a vacation. The home is spacious offering lots of entertainment. The beach is a 2 minute walk away from the home. The kitchen offers everything you need. There are several great restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit again in the near future.

Amazing family trip!

The house was amazing, better than we expected.. the pictures don’t do it justice. 100 yards to the beach and the pool gives you so many options during your stay. Good restaurants and ocean views everywhere you go. We couldn’t recommended it more, we will definitely be back.

Can’t wait to go back!

We had another great time in Long Beach, Mississippi! This was our 5th year coming here and have been able to do a new experience this year. My family had a great time in the pool and building sand castles at the beach. This house has everything you could want and more. Can’t wait to come back for year 6!

Great place to relax with family

Beautiful home with all the space to relax. Wether you want to hang out with others or by yourself, this home can accomodate. Several decks to enjoy the views of the beach or the pool from. Such a great place with all the items you will need to make your time there carefree. Grocery store in less than a couple miles. Several attractions within a short drive. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Property as stated!! Quite spacious and beautiful property across from the beach with convenient access to dining and shopping!! The pool and gameroom were a hit with everyone!! Host was very nice and promptly responded to any issues that had to be addressed. We had a Blast and Hope to revisit soon.. Strongly Recommend The Franklins

Great family trip

We choose to try a new state on the Gulf of Mexico and this house was perfect! We weren’t allowed to be in the gulf as all beaches were closed, so we were thankful to have a great pool! The house was great for our family of 7 with lots of room and things to do. We had an issue with the A/C not working in the pool room but the owner took care of it right away. We would recommend and may come stay again!

Our favorite vacation spot!

This was our 4th year in a row staying here. Our family loves the house. We have children ages ranging from 3-10. They love swimming in the pool then walking down to the beach. The location is great and we seem to have the beach to ourselves. The house seems to have everything you could need while on vacation. There is a Walmart a few blocks away to get groceries and there are great restaurants within a few miles. We love going on vacation here and will continue one to come back every chance we get.

Everything was what we expected and maybe better. The kids loved the pool but had lots of fun on the beach. We had a fun time teaching my grandson to play pool, bad thing about it he ended up being better than me. lol. Definitely will come back again!

Family Beach Vacay

LOVED LOVED LOVED this house!!! Wonderful home filled with everything you might need if you forgot it. The pool was a HUGE blessing and a ton of fun for the crew! We loved that we could just walk to the beach and the privacy of the beach (most days we were the only ones we could see). Game room upstairs was also a hit (unless you count the upset boys after losing in pool haha!) All the beds were extremely comfortable and the master shower was everyone’s favorite place in the house! Getting the keys and into the property was so easy and pain free!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this property! My family is already asking when we can go back!!

Great Family Vacation

This home is very well kept and stocked. The host/owner is the perfect combination of being non-intrusive yet on top of any issues that may come up. The pool is large and gorgeous. There is more outdoor furniture than in the photo's, which was a nice surprise. I'm a grandma, 2 hanging porch swings, 2 rocking chairs in the shade on the pool level, I used all of them at one time or another to rock my infant grandson. There are so many balconies and living spaces for families to gather or have quiet time away. Plenty of indoor living spaces to gather. Our family very much enjoyed this home.

Property was exactly as described. Clean; well equipped. Really enjoyed the decks - especially the one facing West. Had wonderful breakfasts and lunches on that deck. Walmart close by - helpful for groceries and a few "forgotten" items. There is a house under construction near by. However, the process must be stalled - we heard zero noise from the site. If we are ever back in the Long Beach, Mississippi area, would definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect for our family visit!

Property was exactly as described, the floor plan of the house was just perfect for us. Great family gathering areas with separate sleeping wing. We enjoyed the fireplace and entertainment options. The weather didn’t cooperate for there to be much time on the beach, but the views were lovely and we still had plenty to do.

Feeling of home with a view

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and spacious. The private pool was a favorite for the kids and obviously being that close to the beach was a plus.
