THE HOME
This stunning new construction vacation home features an open concept floor plan with a beautiful, high end kitchen with quartzite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a huge island with bar seating for 4. The chef’s kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to cook an amazing meal. It features an under-counter beverage fridge, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, toaster oven, food processor, platters and serving dishes, dishes, utensils, brand new cookware, and much more. This custom designed and well-equipped kitchen is perfectly suited to all your needs!

The dining area comfortably seats 10 adults at the table, in addition to the seating for 4 at the large island. The dining and kitchen area are open to the spacious living area, with soaring vaulted ceilings. This beautifully designed room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with views out of every window.

There is ample outdoor living space with not only a huge porch with rocking chairs, and a dining table which seats 6, but also an additional living area underneath the house. The downstairs outdoor living area features another dining table with seating for 5, as well as a seating area with a couch, two swivel club chairs, and a coffee table. Enjoy your evening cocktail downstairs while watching the sunset and grilling on the gas grill. Beginning in May, 2024 we will have a pool ready for you to soak in after enjoying a nice day at the beach. Pool heating available October through March for an additional daily fee. Spa and pool will be heated for an additional fee upon request.

Your group will appreciate having 5 BEDROOMS and 4 BATHROOMS in this very special Waveland vacation home. There are 4 King Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs. The two king bedrooms to the right side of the house share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first bedroom on the left is the master with a private bath, and the second bedroom on the left has shared access to the hall bath. Upstairs you will find that the 5th bedroom is a large bunk room with an en suite bathroom. The bunk room features three extra-long twin bunks and three queen beds. Additionally, the bunk room has a day bed that can be used for additional sleeping space. The window from the bunk room overlooks the marsh behind the house, where you can commonly spot bald eagles perched in the trees eating their fresh catch in the morning.

Every room has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable and functional, as well as beautiful. Each bedroom features a smart TV that also has cable. For your convenience, you’ll find a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

We pride ourselves on keeping this home immaculately clean and well updated. We have considered every detail to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Other amenities include: Cargo lift/elevator to get all of your groceries and luggage upstairs (not for use by passengers- CARGO ONLY), high-speed internet (free wifi), nice flat-screen TVs, high definition cable, fluffy bath towels, high end bedding, hair dryers in each bathroom, pack and play, high chair, and more!

HEALTH & WELL-BEING

We take the health and safety of guests seriously. Between each stay, the whole home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. There are also no pets allowed when renting this property. **we do not provide beach towels or umbrellas. You will need to be sure to bring your own.**
