Villa Aves is a bright and cheerful two-story villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Aves you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the greenery. Villa Aves is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, two private patios, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5.7 km (3.5 miles) from Mascali, where you will find shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile) and the closest beach (Fondachello Beach) at 7.5 km (roughly 4.7 miles). You will reach Villa Aves from the parking area going down approximately six stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Aves you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Aves is along a 200-meters (660 feets) narrow uphill road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea and of the greenery. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Patio 1
The first patio is 120 square meters (1290 square feet) large. It features a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the greenery.
Patio 2
The second patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch and by a wood roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and an armchair and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will have a view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include sofas and two armchairs. There is a practical fireplace made of glass. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first and the second patio through two French doors. The room also has two windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second patio. The room also has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorTerrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the greenery. Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a small window.
Bedroom 5
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a small window.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The third bathroom is tiled with lucid pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
