Situated in a prime position, just 5 minutesâ walk from Calan Porter's wide choice of eateries, Villa Maru III is perfect for a leisurely holiday with everything you need close by. Maru III has 3 lovely, bright bedrooms and a private pool with plenty of space for relaxing and alfresco dining. A 15 minute walk brings you to one of Menorca's premier attractions, the Caves of Xoroi, a bar perched on the clifftops with outstanding panoramic views of the sea. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Maru III offers a relaxing base and everything you need is within walking distance. The restaurants and bars of the area are within an easy amble, including the local mini markets. The beautiful, sandy beach of Calan Porter is just a 15 minute stroll away and has rustic beach bars for some great tapas with a view. Donât miss the Caves of Xoroi with its stunning coastal setting, a great place to watch the sunset whilst sipping on a cocktail. The nearest supermarket is a 15 minute drive away in Mahon.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - âŹ2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
