We had such a lovely holiday here. The beach nearby is actually nicer than the other beaches and much less crowded. We particularly liked the big terrace and garden. The owners and caretaker are all really friendly and nice. Mosquitoes are plentiful so bring repellent!

Simple house in convenient location

We loved the gardens surrounding this simple house. The furnishings are minimal and everything is very clean. I think sone comfortable seating should be added to the living space. The walk to the beach is easy and accessible. The property is convenient to Taormina and the surrounding area. Private parking is an added bonus.

Nice house, very close to the beach (the house's greatest feature), close to local bistro, beach bar and a wonderful beach hotel forgotten by time ('meditarinan', walk 3 minutes down the road and have breakfast there under the fig trees or access it from the beach). The house seems a little small for two couples though, however, we enjoyed it and its terrassse among the lemon trees)

Great location near Mazarro

We stayed at Casa Spisone with our family of 6. The house is in a great location, walk to the beach, mini market and Taormina cable car. We spent most of our time at Mazarro beach which is sandy and has a small public area. The house was great for the family with two bedrooms downstairs, although you walk through one to get to the other. Carparking was a bonus and we used the outdoor patio a lot. Overall a great place to stay if you have a small group or family and are looking to be near the beach rather than in Taormina town.

Giulia’s place suited us perfectly. Four of us were away exploring for a birthday trip and the place was clean, tidy and had plenty of room for us to spread out and a lovely patio that we spent a lot of time chilling and eating on. Only small disappointment was with four of us and the lack of hot water for four showers at once, so if there are more of you, stagger your shower times! We had a great trip and this was a great place to base ourselves from ????????

I can only recommend a stay at beautiful Casa Spisone! It's perfect for a two-couple vacation, because of the two seperate units with each their own bathroom and toilet. The place is also suitable for a family. Both units have aircondition. Do not get scared off by the "room with no windows", it's perfectly fine and even if it had windows you wouldn't use them - as you're trying to keep the cold inside. We really enjoyed the terrace. It was easy to reach Taormina center with the cable cars (3 euro per person), but I will recommend ordering a taxi from the house to Taormina center which is only 15 euro in total (in rush hour 20 euro). We received the number for the taxi station from our first driver (+39094223000). Also remember to mention one of the restaurants close by, as it is hard for the driver to know where the address is located. The beach that the direct access leads to is ok (walk a bit to the left to avoid all the stones). I will recommend to go by car north where there's better beaches, we found a great spot at Lido Lime where the water was perfect and sunbeds were good priced (2 sunbeds with umbrella 15 euro all day, 10 euro half day), the food there is nothing special though. I also recommend paying visits to Alcantara riverpark (1.5 euro per person).

La maison est assez agréable et bien située mais pas tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. En effet, l'une des chambres (celle avec deux petits lits sur les photos) n'a ni fenêtre ni climatisation, ce qui fait qu'on peut l'oublier. On doit donc utiliser en chambre l'espace qu'on prenait pour la pièce commune. De plus, les pièces ne communiquent pas entre elles. Pas de WI-fi. Rien quand on arrive ; ni eau fraiche, ni sel ni poivre, rien ! Pas très fun. Mais la terrasse est agréable et on a passé une bonne semaine.

Belle villa atypique

Belle villa atypique et idéalement placée, à un minute de la mer et cinq du funiculaire permettant d'accéder au centre de Taormine. Le passage de nombreux scooters à proximité du logement peut néanmoins entraîner des désagréments.

Jag och mina vänner bodde i denna fina pittoreska villa i Spisone, Taormina under en veckas tid i september månad. Vi stormtrivdes! I förhållande till priset och läget känns villan väl värd en rekommendation. Det är en tvåvåningsvilla med en trevlig uteplats på entréplan som leder vidare in till kök, badrum och sovrum. Entréplanet hade allt man kunde önska med såväl välutrustat kök, bra dusch och AC i båda rummen. Det som fanns att anmärka på gäller det nedre våningsplanet som är i behov av renovering. Det är ett källarplan som är uppdelat i tre sektioner varav ingång är genom först ett sovrum vidare till ett inne/ute rum med toalett och till sist in till villans tredje sovrum med dusch. På grund av utformningen med dusch i tredje rummet och för att de är i en källare som inte är byggd det senaste decenniet har rummen en något unken lukt samt är konstant fuktiga. Utöver detta är huset mysigt och läget är att rekommendera med 2 minuter till stranden och direktbuss till Taormina utanför.

Con i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella e pittoresca villa a Spisone, Taormina, per una settimana a settembre. Ci è piaciuta moltissimo! In relazione al prezzo e alla posizione, la villa merita sicuramente di essere consigliata. È una villa a due piani con un bel patio al piano d'ingresso che conduce alla cucina, al bagno e alla camera da letto. Il piano d'ingresso aveva tutto ciò che si poteva desiderare, con una cucina ben attrezzata, una buona doccia e aria condizionata in entrambe le camere. L'unica cosa da segnalare riguarda il piano inferiore, che necessita di ristrutturazione. C'è un piano seminterrato suddiviso in tre sezioni, il cui ingresso avviene prima attraverso una camera da letto, poi attraverso una stanza interna/esterna con WC e, infine, attraverso la terza camera da letto della villa, dotata di doccia. A causa del design con doccia nella terza stanza e perché si trovano in un seminterrato che non è stato costruito negli ultimi dieci anni, le stanze hanno un leggero odore di muffa e sono costantemente umide. Inoltre, la casa è accogliente e la posizione è consigliata, a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia e con un autobus diretto per Taormina all'esterno.

We were a family of 5 and this house was perfect for us! Victor and Francesco were great hosts and very responsive. The location was amazing and the beaches nearby were beautiful. It was an easy walk to the funivia (gondola) up to Taormina. Evenings and mornings were beautiful on the patio and air conditioning worked well but we didn't need it most nights because of the cool sea air. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa Spisone!

Die Lage des Hauses und auch die Ausstattung sind großartig. Man gelangt direkt vom Garten (ohne eine Straße zu überqueren) zum Strand. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet- inklusive Spül- und Waschmaschine. Nebenan befindet sich ein nettes Bistro und nach einem knappen Kilometer erreicht man die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und auch den Cable Car, mit dem man bequem ins Stadtzentrum fahren kann. Allerdings beginnt auch direkt neben dem Grundstück ein schmaler Fußweg hoch ins Zentrum….sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders erwähnenswert sind der recht große Garten und die Terrasse. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, mit einem schönen Garten. Die halb überdachte Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten war ein willkommenes Schattenplätzchen. Das kleine "Waschhaus" mit eigener Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch. Besonders toll war der eigene Zugang zum Strand durch die Gartenpforte, unter der viel befahrenen Straße hindurch! Es gibt einen eigenen, abschließbaren Parkplatz, was viel Wert ist, auch wenn das Einparken etwas schwierig ist. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen!

Dom w otoczeniu ogrodu. Zadbany , czysto i dobrze wyposażony. Na plaze 150 metrów. Plaza Spiosone bez tłumówi z cieniem. Przystanek autobusowy jest 10 metrów od domu. I najważniejsze jest dostępny parking co w Torminie jest ważne. Polecamy

Esperienza bellissima in una casa fantastica a due minuti dal mare! La casa e' dotata di tutte le comodita' per una vacanza fantastica. Si trova letteralmente a due minuti dal mare. Il custode della casa, Francesco, e' stato estremamente disponibile nell'accoglierci e nel dotarci di tutte le informazioni necessarie. Sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei se dovessi viaggiare di nuovo in gruppo (noi eravamo in 6).

Ideale Unterkunft unweit von Taormina, Lebensmittel Läden und Restaurants. Attraktiv ist die Nähe zum Strand. Es sind wirklich nur 100m und dort findet man auch Gastronomie. Wir waren zu sechst dort und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Abends lädt die Terrasse, gesäumt von Zitronen- und Limetten Bäumen zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Alle Zimmer sind mit Air Condition ausgestattet. Der persönliche Check-in war sehr nett, Kommunikation mit Gulia jederzeit möglich.
