Belle cabine au bord du lac

Notre maison de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain est propre et confortable avec une télévision à écran plat de 55 pouces et Roku. Internet avec Wi-Fi est fourni. La maison a un climatiseur central et de belles vues sur le lac. Il est situé sur Sunset Point sur Mile Marker 4.

Il y a un grand foyer au bord du lac pour faire griller des guimauves!

La cuisine ouverte est Ă©quipĂ©e de tous vos appareils nĂ©cessaires, ainsi que des assiettes, de l'argenterie, des casseroles et des poĂȘles et une mijoteuse. Il y a une table ronde dans la cuisine avec 4 chaises et un endroit pour 2 pour s'asseoir sur la barre latĂ©rale hors de la cuisine. Il y a une table d'extĂ©rieur haut juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du pont arriĂšre avec 4 chaises hautes. Vous pouvez prĂ©parer vos repas dans la cuisine ou sur le pont ci-dessous!

Le quai de bateau / terrasse est à quelques pas de la maison avec un ensemble complet d'escaliers avec paliers entre les deux. Il y a un bordereau de bateau pour un bateau ponton disponible. Il y a une belle chaise longue et un canapé avec une table basse sur le pont du hangar à bateaux. Il y a aussi un joli grill si vous voulez vous vider sur le pont. Nous avons beaucoup de flotteurs à votre disposition, mais veuillez apporter votre propre pompe, la crique est calme et facile à détendre si vous voulez simplement vous éloigner de tout.

La chambre principale a un lit queen avec une salle de bain complÚte - baignoire et douche séparées.

La chambre 3 a un lit queen.


Veuillez apporter vos propres articles de toilette.

Nous fournirons des draps et des serviettes pour la douche. Veuillez apporter vos propres serviettes pour nager dans le lac ou prendre le bateau.

Plusieurs ports de plaisance qui vendent du gaz, réparent des bateaux, louent des bateaux et des wakeboards sont sur le lac Gaston. Nous avons également un Food Lion, un magasin ABC, Ace Hardware et plusieurs restaurants à la fois décontractés et haut de gamme. Il y a aussi une pharmacie, Dollar General, Redbox, des pizzerias et de nombreuses églises. De plus, si vous aimez jouer au golf, il y a quelques terrains de golf prÚs de notre maison au bord du lac.

** Puisque notre propriété est sur une route calme et privée, nous vous demandons de ne disposer que de 2 à 3 voitures maximum (+ remorques à bateaux) pour minimiser l'impact sur les voisins **

Great Stay, Wasn't Expecting A Trailer Home

Let me start by staying we had a great stay. The home was very clean, safe and modern inside. It has it's own dock and a nice pontoon boat that could be rented separately. The homeowners were great to deal with. I would consider returning which I think is the best compliment. The only surprise for us is that the home is a trailer, albeit a very large and clean trailer. In fact, we drove past it a few times and had to ask some local neighbors for directions. Once you get over the initial surprise that it is a trailer and not a 'Lakehouse Cabin' as described in the listing, it's actually a good place for a vacation. Again, I would consider a return

It’s exactly as the pictures show. Nice little house, clean and neat. They have a dock with a pontoon boat that you can rent. Everything in one stop. Would recommend.

Family weekend away

The mobile home on Lake Gaston is not much to look at from the outside but the interior has been updates and is very comfortable. We rented the pontoon for a day and enjoyed cruising the lake.. We took the canoe out a few times to explore the nearby coves. We made stores at the fire put (bring your own wood). The kitchen had enough supplies to make a simple meal. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't jump off the pier into the lake due to the size of the cove. The water in the cove is not suited for swimming but I did lay on a float near the dock.

Great location. Had fun on the lake.

Several maintenance/cleaning chances for improvement. Upon arrival, the coffee maker had not been cleaned and had grounds left in the maker for a considerable amount of time. The coffee maker was left stained and could not be cleaned. A replacement maker is strongly recommended. Dishes, although clean were left in the dishwasher. The outside (gas) grill needed a through cleaning and should be replaced as the defussers are rotted out. People should be warned that the hot and cold water are reversed in at least 2 locations, to include the kitchen sink. It is a great location and offers a outstanding views and lake access, but cleaning and maintenance need to be more closely supervised. The pontoon boat rental was great.

Beautiful views

The lake is beautiful and if you have the opportunity, rent the boat! The trailer needs updating though. Be sure to sit on the deck and sundeck to enjoy the peace and tranquillity. I would recommend this to friends and family for a lovely getaway.

Great time at the lake!

This is very nice property for 4-6 people. Secluded at the end of a small cove. Not far to get out to the main lake. The hosts were awesome and kept in great communication with us. Due to it being at the end of a cove, swimming from the dock was not really an option for us due to shallow water, shade and vegetation. That said, fishing from the dock was great! We also rented their pontoon boat which was in great shape and comparable with marina rental pricing, without needing to go to a marina!

Great weekend getaway.

Home was extremely accessible, perfect home for a quiet weekend getaway with a few friends to relax and unwind. Option to rent the pontoon is a wonderful thing that I noticed not a whole lot of other homes offered. Just to know it’s there is great. Owners were quick and great with getting back with us when we made the decision to take the boat.
