Spacious lakefront home with private boathouse and game room!

Lake Gaston is the perfect getaway for family and friends to gather for fun and relaxation!

Located in Henrico, Nc on Pea Hill Creek we are just a short boat ride from Wobble Island. Conveniently located 1.5-2 hours from Raleigh, 1.45 from Richmond, 2 hours from Virginia Beach and only 3-4 hours from DC! The main lake is minutes by boat and great for water skiing, wake boarding, boating, fishing, jet skis and much more! Lake Gaston has 350miles of shoreline, 34miles long and 1.3 miles across at its widest point.

We are specifically located on Pea Hill Creek. A quiet cove with direct access to the water from our private boathouse. Centrally located and close to grocery stores, restaurants and a boat launch. There is a miniature golf course just 1 mile down the road. We are also about 20 minutes from a local winery! Swimming, kayaking and floating is allowed off the dock being a no wake zone! The boat house has a slip available to park your boat when not in use. There are 5 kayaks and a stand-up paddle board to help get you out on the water having fun! Life preservers are available for safety.

The house itself has a beautiful lake view porch to drink your morning coffee and wake up slow. There are 5 comfortable bedrooms. Linens and bath towels are included (please bring your own beach towels) There are also 3 full bathrooms. Please note all bathrooms are on the first floor.

Stocked with all the comforts of home. A large dining table seats 8 and with a full kitchen, you can make meals for the whole family. The living room features a sectional sofa and extra chairs for time winding down. There is a 55' screen flat tv with sound bar and several entertainment options including Netflix, ESPN, Hulu, Disney+ and more. Games, cards, puzzled and a chess board for those who enjoy playing.

Outdoors you will find a firepit with some stocked wood nearby. A grill with the large outdoor eating area with umbrella to shade you after being on the lake. Cornhole, darts, foosball and ping pong are available in the sports shed!

We are in nature being outdoors near a lake, so be aware there may be wildlife on the property. We ask that you respect the wildlife and take care not to harm anything that may be living here.

While our home does not allow pets, it is not a pet free home. If anyone in your group is highly allergic to dogs, our home may not be a good fit for you. While we take great care to clean the home thoroughly, some people may still be sensitive to the fact that dogs have been in the house.
