Wine Down est une belle maison riveraine sur un terrain avec une vue imprenable sur le ruisseau Pea Hill souhaitable. Il y a un double hangar à bateaux moderne pour Great Lakeside Entertaining et une élégance modeste pour se détendre au bord du lac! La maison peut accueillir confortablement un groupe d'amis ou plusieurs familles avec 2 espaces de vie, plusieurs espaces de restauration à la maison et au hangar à bateaux, un niveau inférieur entièrement aménagé avec kitchenette, salle de jeux et accès au patio au bord du lac. Porche couvert au bord du lac supérieur avec une vue magnifique sur le lac pour profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil. La maison est située sur un terrain plat, privé et pittoresque avec 221 pieds de rivage et une plage privée. Hangar à bateaux avec solarium, coin dock couvert, bar avec évier et remontées mécaniques. Des kayaks et un canoë sont disponibles. L'eau profonde aussi. La rampe de mise à l'eau communautaire est à deux pas. Quartier restreint. Près de la marina et du lac principal. Proche des commodités locales. Il y a quelque chose pour tout le monde à aimer chez Wine Down !!! Location samedi-samedi. Ne pas fumer. Animaux au cas par cas.

This place was perfect for what we wanted. We have stayed at two other places on this lake and this one, by far was the BEST. One bed on the third floor with a small bath and the two other floors were perfect for couples , with separate baths, beds and kitchen. So much to do in the house for kids and young adults. EASY water access and boat ramp. PERFECTION. Great host and neighbors. Very quiet. Love that!! Will certainly go again.

We had an amazing stay. The house is gorgeous with beautiful views of the water and sunsets from the dock. Our crazy kids even jumped into the freezing end of March temperature water! We enjoyed using the kayaks to go out and explore. The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed. We all learned how to play shuffle board and had some friendly competition! Fantastic place to stay!

It was just me and my husband but the house is set up wonderfully for multiple families. Two living areas and plenty of sleeping space. I enjoyed cooking every night with the help of well stocked kitchen supplies and a gas grill. Views are awesome and watched the sunset every night from the upper deck of the boat house. Learned how to play shuffleboard! Killed it! Would love to come again and maybe rent a boat. Highly recommend staying at WineDown!

Excellent communication with host. Wonderful location with enjoyable on site amenities. The kayaks, and fire-pit were particularly appreciated. The home was thoughtfully furnished and equipped for guests, and beautifully decorated. We stayed here with our children and grandchildren, and all really enjoyed it.

Beautiful place. Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. Minor hiccup was learning last minute that we needed to bring our own sheets and towels. This detail is hidden all the way at the bottom of the ammeneties list and should be more clear on the listing. We would stay here again.

Hi! Thanks for considering my house for your vacation! I bought this property to enjoy with my friends and family when I was living in NYC and needed to have a respite from the fast pace of the city!! My friends and family are largely in the VA/NC area and so it was the perfect central location to be able to enjoy time with people I love. Since buying the house, I have relocated to NC and am able to enjoy the house much more regularly now - which has been fantastic! I travel internationally a lot and so you will see hints of my travels throughout the house. Hope you love it as much as I do!

This property has it all - a wonderful point lot with 221 feet of lake frontage, private beach areas and feels very private while still being close to the marina, the main lake, Washburn’s and local shopping area. The house is perfect for groups of friends or multiple families because its laid out with kitchen/bar and living areas on both of the main floors, with bedrooms and full baths. Plus, the boathouse! If you want sun or shade, motor boats, jet ski’s or kayaks, or just want to relax with good food and drinks, you won’t need to leave. It’s a very unique and special property! Hope you love it as much as I do!
